We stayed here for 4 nights. Left a message when booking that we wanted a quiet room and they accommodated the need very well. Even though the hotel is located right next to the train station, the room's window faced the courtyard so it was very quiet. The location is also great with almost all attractions within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff in particular were very friendly and welcoming and the barista did an excellent job. We stayed in the winter so the value for money was very good and the room was large, so I can imagine it would be more popular in summer when travelling.

Nice small hotel close to the main train station, excellent connection to and from the airport (T2 tram line, costs Eur 1,70 per person, can buy tickets on board also wirelessly, recommend avoiding expensive airport taxis and using this option) and also 5 minute walk to the Florence Centre or to the river Arno. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, breakfast with decent range of choices.

Relatively small hotel lift but that is minor matter. Also if you prefer dead silence during night you might reconsider as there is some small noise during night with the hotel being close to the train station.

Staff are always warm and helpful. Leaves a long, handwritten welcome note in your room upon arrival, and a packet of pasta with a farewell note before you leave. Very convenient. Hotel is across the street from the train station and next to a supermarket. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby, but main tourist and shopping areas are further down the street, about 10-15 minutes walk.

Hotel is old and room is small, but well maintained. Lift is a tight squeeze for 3-4 people, excluding luggage. Free bottled water on the first day, but you can refill your bottle from the tap at the lobby.

Wonderful hotel! We have some issues and this hotel represented by Justin, helped us resolve all of them🙏🏻 We really appreciate the recommendations of the restaurant that Justin gave us, the food was delicious and the place was nearby the hotel which was really convenient. (La Grotta Di Leo Srl). It was a cozy restaurant! And a compliment from the hotel as a drink was very welcoming after a long trip. We will definitely consider staying in this hotel in our next trip! The property has amazing stuff and guest service is excellent! All the stuff was always greeting and smiling, the reception, the housekeeping and the bar stuff were amazing! It was super close to the station and not so far from the main attractions. Was always super clean! We really appreciate the free drink as welcome

Our stay in the C-hotel club was way better than our expectations with their kind staff always responsive with a smile and a perfectly clean room, comfortable room, amazing breakfast and ... I regret all the other accommodations that I had in my previous travels to Florance after this, and if I come back to Florance, I will choose C-hotel again

Great place. Next to the train station. At the same time it is close to the city center. Free welcome drink at bar. Stauff is good. Stuff is helpfull. Thanks to stuff for warn us about incoming rain.

AC did not worked in heat mode. Bed was bad, it was not possible to sleep in middle. I was falling into middle of bed when sleeping in the middle. Bed was horrible as a double bed for couples. Bathroom is relatively small.

Everything!! The accommodation was perfect, near the terminal, and it was super easy to wonder around and find the places you needed. The stuff was super nice and made us feel like home from our first time contact. The room contains everything you need, from soap to hair dryer, and honestly the best of views. We want to thank them for helping us with everything! We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location! Very close to train station and short but nice walk to the Duomo and Central Market, Kind friendly and very helpful staff both in reception and bar areas. Hotel was clean throughout and well kept standard room was still spacious, shower just a bit on the small side. Mini fridge was great addition would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very lovely and helpful. We had our train cancelled due to a strike and the staff let us drop the luggage with them for an extended period while we waited for an alternative means of transport. Room was clean and comfortable. The train station was next door and there's a groceries store as well, very convenient and good to have a walk after dinner in the old city area.

Nothing I can think of, keep it up!
