The staff gave us some great tips before and after we checked in. We originally planned to take the train, but due to a train strike, we had to change our plan at the last minute and drive. We got some helpful tips about the garage before we arrived. Since it was our first trip to Florence, I was nervous about the ZTL, but the staff explained everything clearly, and it was very useful. After we checked in, the staff showed us the famous places on a tourist map. The room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. But we were told about that ahead of time, so it wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast wasn't included, but we found a nice café for breakfast before going to the Uffizi Museum. If you want to avoid the crowds, I suggest making a reservation early in the morning for such a famous museum. The hotel and staff made our visit to Florence much easier and more enjoyable.

Amazing staff! All three people we met. It personally is very important. There is always someone at the reception and even in the morning you need to ring the bell to enter. Super easy check in. They explain everything. Short walk from the main train station, you are close to the center and right next to the hotel a cute bar (all wood inside) and a pizzeria. Great price for what we got. The place was sparkly clean. New renovated bathroom that was spotless. We had a window to the street. Very nice to air the room. The room is quite small (with 2 small luggages and 2 backpacks felt full) but for people not spending time in the room like us, definitely not an issue. We are going back without checking any other accommodation. We felt fantastic there. Extra points: you can keep your luggage there! But even if you don’t want, a couple of meters from there, there is a place, where you pay to leave your luggage. This place really has it all. They do not serve directly there breakfast but they can arrange for you to go somewhere with breakfast (I think it was another hotel). They will send you also this info right away with the booking.

Convenient location, very close to the train station. The room was clean, towels were changed every morning. Good sound insulation, it seemed like there was no one else in the hotel but us.

Not comfortable pillows. It was impossible to iron clothes at the hotel, there was no iron in the room, and the receptionist also said that they did not provide an iron. After cleaning, there was a strong smell of detergents in the room, and I had to ventilate the room. The hotel does not provide breakfast, it is very inconvenient for us.

The location was near the train station and walkable to the centre. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Upon arrival the front desk staff accommodated my need for a room with an elevator access.

I choose this hotel as it said it had an elevator and I was travelling with a large suitcase. But after booking I received an email saying the room I had booked ( a single room) was on the third floor that did not have elevator but I could pay €40 more to be on a floor with an elevator. When booking a single room, it should state NO ELEVATOR ACCESS.

The property was very clean and very close to the train and bus station however it was far from the touristic area and it was a quite a bit of a walk. The property was very clean and the staff were amazing. I did not like the fact that the elevator doesn’t go to the third floor we had to carry our luggage all the way on the stairs from the first floor to the third floor, the property of offer storage of luggage. We booked a room for three people and it was very spacious and amazing actually it was two rooms connected with an open door and one bathroom.

Their property is far from the touristic area

Easy walk.from.train station, and close to many attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff all spoke English which was appreciated. The breakfast offer for a hotel a short walk away was excellent value.

Good to be aware prior to booking that the lift only goes to the first floor and the stairs to upper floors are quite steep (and you need to carry your bags). The staff did inform us prior to arrival and it wasn't a problem for us, but less able people may need to request a room on the first floor.

everything was good, the bed was very comfortable and the whole room was amazing. the personal was so kind, i don’t speak italian but they tried there best to spoke to me in english-spanish and they help me a lot with any kind of doubts that i had. the location was pretty good because the hotel it’s close to the traim that you can took right next to the airport, so it was very comfortable i arrive at the hotel in 15 minutes and for not much than 2eur. the hotel is very pretty and you also have a lot of restaurants near by if you want to eat something.

the only thing that i can think about is the fact that the breakfast wasn’t available in my time there… they do offer you a solution like going to a near by hotel and have breakfast there but to be honest i would rather eat in the one i’m paying

There was not a free breakfast, and we did not opt to pay for it, so I cannot speak to that. The location was great—very close to the train station, markets, and restaurants.

We were on the third floor, in a family room. The bathroom smelled terrible and was very humid. It was fine if we kept the door closed.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Very sufficient for what we needed. The location from SMN Station was excellent. The room was clean, and the AC was great. The staff were PERFECTION. They took excellent care of our bags ahead of being able to check in. One of our packages was fragile, and this was communicated to them. Upon our return to check-in, I noticed that they attached a very large sign upon it stating "fragile" so anyone other than the person we told would also be aware and could treat it as such. Also, the convenience of an elevator was a great relief as many buildings did not have them. The room itself was very small, with no space to spare... but this was of no surprise to me. Do keep in mind... it is very small but highly efficient.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The facilities met all my expectations and were in accordance with what was being advertised.

I had a comfy large double bed and the AC worked nicely. The front desk staff are kind. the hotel is great value for your money, efficient in its size and clean. The hotel is also right by the train station/ Tino Cafe (i love it for brunch) and an easy walk anywhere else.

One night there were people partying until 4am. I heard it through the door into my room. I called the front desk and the person said "they cant do anything about it" the next morning the other people said the person should have done something about it. lol ok.
