Very clean and well stocked apartment. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Added bonus of complimentary water, tea, coffee and sugar. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Good communication for check-in. The company sent a message, during our stay, to check all was okay. It was a convenient location for train station, walk along the river and straight walk to main centre. There is a Trattoria just on the corner that had great food and well priced. The umbrellas provided were a great help when the rain showers started.

Not at fault of the apartment, but the area is noisy at night. There are also groups of men just hanging around the streets, it can be unsettling at times. There are a lot of steps to the top floor, which are not good for anyone with mobility issues. We were aware there was no lift, but it was still very steep and tiring at times. The WiFi was very poor and the TV had no signal. We didn't report it as we were only on a short break but it would have been nice to have these facilities that we paid for, in the price.

Good location from the center and train station. Nice clean/modern apartment. Very comfortable.

A little tricky to find and check-in a bit of a hassle, as you have to do an online check-in before you got there. If you don't have mobile data to use, would be problematic. No physical instruction manual. Wanted QR code scanned. Ran out of gas last morning, so no hot shower or cooking stove. Good customer service. We needed to extend our stay and a quick call later it was possible..

The location was great - close to Firenze train station and to many luggage lockers. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans. There is a supermarket close by (Conad) for daily grocery needs.

The gas stove was not working on arrival and it took sometime to figure out and fix it. There was no hot water running on arrival. It was however fixed by a technician who arrived promptly.

It was a great choice. Very close to the train station of Santa Maria Novella, especially if you are hauling luggage with you. The area was quiet but not too far from the main touristic areas.

The ancient step/threshold in the middle of the apartment's corridor. :-) Bumped my toes on it a couple of times. Still I would not have it removed on my account. It seems it has some history behind it.

The location is great! Just 5 mins walk from the station which comes in handy when arriving by train. However, I would recommend scheduling arrival at the city for after 3 pm otherwise you will have to pay to be able to check-in before this time. Also around there is a Carrefour Express which is very convenient for buying breakfast essentials. We liked the place, a few stairs up to the door and then down to the flat. The kitchen has the essentials but bear in mind that only a few mugs are available.

The mattress on one of the beds is uneven and not comfortable, the mattress needs changing for sure. Also, the bed makes a squeaky noise every time you move. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was not too strong but manageable. Lastly, the TV was not connected to a signal, we tried but kept getting an error, not a problem but it would have been nice to be able to watch some TV.

Location is superb Cleanliness Ease of check-in Large house (enough for 4 people) Big kitchen and with all amenities - gas stoves personally preferable to us.

Smelly and steep stairs. If you have a pregnant wife, do not choose the Second floor, instead go for 1st floor or ground floor. No hot water (but not a requirement in summer season)

Well located flat a short walk from Santa Maria Novella. The host was very responsive over the phone. The flat was impeccable and very functional, loved the high ceilings too.

The flat is on the first floor and the street can be a bit noisy in the evening, but nothing too annoying.

Great location: a short walk from the train station and easy access to the intercity bus station by streetcar; two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds; kitchen with a basic set of dishes and appliances. It was nice to have an access to a patio. If you are travelling during cold seasons I would recommend to have warm home clothes as the apartment is located on the ground floor.

The shower cabin is quite small and located close to the toilet (or vice versa?), which creates some inconvenience. All of the indicators on the oven panel are erased, so make sure you can figure out how it works before you plan to use it.

Loved the location. Minutes away from the train station with lots of restaurants and sights within walking distance. They also allowed us to check in early which was a real help. The little back courtyard was very nice and added character to the house.

Bathroom was very, very small and was only 1 for 2 room. Very hard to manage for 2 couples. Shower stall was not draining well and felt like we were always standing in a puddle that could overflow. Also room facing the front window was very noisy.

Good response by management. Convenient location. Comfortable. Trash disposal was easy. Check-in was a breeze.

Oven knobs had no markings indicating temperature or setting, made using it difficult. The refrigerator was too small for use for more than a couple of days.
