We stayed here for 4 nights. Left a message when booking that we wanted a quiet room and they accommodated the need very well. Even though the hotel is located right next to the train station, the room's window faced the courtyard so it was very quiet. The location is also great with almost all attractions within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff in particular were very friendly and welcoming and the barista did an excellent job. We stayed in the winter so the value for money was very good and the room was large, so I can imagine it would be more popular in summer when travelling.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with dark chocolate and a heartfelt message on the bed, which set such a warm tone for our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the space meticulously maintained. Throughout our visit, the service was attentive, prompt, and always with a smile. As a lovely touch, they even offered us bottles of water for our return journey. And when we left, we were surprised with another thoughtful message and a pack of pasta to take home. The location was perfect too—just a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, a supermarket right next door, and only a 3-minute walk to the station which was perfect for us coming by train with two massive luggages. All the little touches, along with the fantastic location, truly made the experience unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again if I was to ever come back to Florence!

Didn’t have any food or drinks so can’t talk about its quality.

The location is excellent within easy walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and the train station, making it ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was included and exceeded expectations. The selection was generous and the young barista stood out for his outstanding coffee and friendly, welcoming attitude.

The room was clean and functional, but there were a couple of downsides. There was a noticeable lack of drawers or proper storage space for belongings, which made it a bit challenging to stay organized. The bed, while not terrible, wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked for a truly restful sleep.

Nice small hotel close to the main train station, excellent connection to and from the airport (T2 tram line, costs Eur 1,70 per person, can buy tickets on board also wirelessly, recommend avoiding expensive airport taxis and using this option) and also 5 minute walk to the Florence Centre or to the river Arno. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, breakfast with decent range of choices.

Relatively small hotel lift but that is minor matter. Also if you prefer dead silence during night you might reconsider as there is some small noise during night with the hotel being close to the train station.

I have visited Florence a couple of times, staying in different hotels that I also booked through Booking.com. C-hotels club definitely was the best among all the hotels our family has stayed in. Great location, close to the train station and tram to the airport, and a supermarket was next door. Most of all, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, I was so touched when I saw a handwritten note on the bed when I opened my room. The breakfast was wonderful, it had many varieties we could choose from. Complimentary happy hour drinks, including snacks, were a big surprise. When I sent messages to the hotel to ask questions, they replied to me within seconds. The front desk people were very helpful and patient. The staff from the kitchen were very sweet and cheerful. We had a great time staying and will stay here again when we visit Florence in the future.

The only thing I can think of a shelf or rack in the bathroom so that we can place clean clothes and toiletry bags on

Staff are always warm and helpful. Leaves a long, handwritten welcome note in your room upon arrival, and a packet of pasta with a farewell note before you leave. Very convenient. Hotel is across the street from the train station and next to a supermarket. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby, but main tourist and shopping areas are further down the street, about 10-15 minutes walk.

Hotel is old and room is small, but well maintained. Lift is a tight squeeze for 3-4 people, excluding luggage. Free bottled water on the first day, but you can refill your bottle from the tap at the lobby.

The property was very conveniently located and close to both the main transportation and the main attractions. Recently renovated, with pleasing interiors. Facilities are four star and more. However the greatest asset are the staff at the front desk. They are very knowledgeable and happy to assist with the enquiries.

There is nothing to complain about.

Everything was very clean, the room was just big enough. It was easy to find and the location is good Staff were very friendly.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and when we asked for other pillows we were told no, there is only the ‘standard’ pillow. The property lists that there is parking for guests but then they tell you that it’s street parking and it’s not safe. There is a parking garage nearby but it’s €30 a day.

Good value hotel near Florence's train station. Perfect for anyone using the city as a base to explore other spots in Tuscany like Pisa, Lucca, Bologna, etc. Clean rooms, helpful staff.

Not about the hotel itself, but just a heads-up—the hotel is located in the area around the train station and it has a lot of pickpockets. Keep an eye on your belongings and you should be fine.

We have some issues and this hotel represented by Justin, helped us resolve all of them🙏🏻 We really appreciate the recommendations of the restaurant that Justin gave us, the food was delicious and the place was nearby the hotel which was really convenient. (La Grotta Di Leo Srl). It was a cozy restaurant! And a compliment from the hotel as a drink was very welcoming after a long trip. We will definitely consider staying in this hotel in our next trip!
