Overall the decor and grounds quite formal and very comfortable. Multiple areas inside and outside to unwind. The bartender was quite professional and accommodating.

The type of room advertised on Booking.com (a sofa bed and double) apparently does not exist at this hotel. Hotel informed me it was a Booking.com error. When I booked this hotel online, I paid more for the option of having the sofa bed. The hotel advised no accommodations would be made. Didnt seem to be much to do in the immediate area surrounding the hotel.

The common space is very aesthetic. Staff (especially the male receptionist in his 50-60s) is super professional, friendly and helpful. Actually he is one of the reasons made our stay quite pleasant. They upgraded our room and prepared a surprise as I noted down it is our honeymoon trip.

Even though the hotel has lift access, there were a few stairs here and there between our room and the lift. It’s fine if we do not have two large heavy suitcases. The hotel is located in a bit off centre area. I was fully aware of that when I booked for it. However, when it’s 38 degrees outside, it makes it quite a challenge to walk to and back from the city centre.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise for us! It is much better than the pictures reveal. The lobby and outdoor areas are very beautiful, the decorating is chic: classic, tasteful, up to date. The dining area was a mini atrium with an exceptional breakfast and great coffee. It was such a pleasant place to spend a couple hours every morning before we went out for miles of walking and touring. Our room was elegant and spacious with luxurious beds. The bathroom was commodious and modern with a glassed in shower. The hotel building is quite regal looking from the outside and is well located in a very safe, quiet, immaculate neighborhood near the river and the US embassy. We walked along the river in the mornings to begin our touring of the city. On our way out to Rome we walked to the train with our rolling bags since it was only a few blocks away. If you can, try to stay here! you likely will be very pleased.

Very beautiful hotel and room. Great breakfast and staff from restaurant. Our bedroom was great (suite), big, confortable and clean.

The hotel and services are poor in amenities considering the price they charge. There’s no water in the room, nobody opens the bed at night and they forget the 3rd towel in our room. (We were 3 staying in the suite) Also, we had problems with the neighbors smell of cigarettes inside our room, even with the windows closed. We don´t know if they were smoking inside the room or was a problem with the window. But I believe they were smoking indide.

The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort with its beautifully designed interiors. The cleanliness is outstanding, with every corner spotless. The property is spacious, allowing for a relaxed experience, and the parking facility is convenient and secure, making it easy for guests with cars. A highly recommended stay and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The TV didn’t offer an Apple connection for screen sharing and lacked apps like YouTube or Netflix. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming. The atmosphere was charming, and everything was well taken care of. The staff were truly exceptional—very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Loved the Interior and colors, and always appreciate slippers and a robe in the morning. Will recommend this place to everyone I know going to Firenze. Very nice receptionist and staff :)

The only negative was that there was still construction going on, but nothing that was loud. And the man who helped us with the luggage when checking out was very rude.

The hotel is nicely decorated and spacious. It is in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes on foot to the main attractions and to the railway station. The breakfast is very good and service generally is excellent. There are lots of good small restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Lighting for reading (other than in bed) could be better.

Great hotel 15 minutes from the centre. The hotel is great and elegant, room has a good size, large bed, bathroom with shower. Parking opportunity in the garage. Staff is okay, helpful. The breakfast is weak, cold cuts was not fresh at all so after the first night we choosed the surrounding bars to have a breakfast.

It’s a very beautiful place, close to most things if you don’t mind a short walk. The first room we were given had a terrible odor (smelled like sewage) and the shower faucet was broken. When we complained about the odor and faucet , we were first told we couldn’t switch rooms. But then when we spoke to Viola (front desk) she took care of us immediately. We were given a different room in what seemed to be a newer part of the hotel and I must say it was lovely! Don’t expect much from the air conditioning, it barely cooled the room off( it was 100 degrees) but it was better than none! The restaurant is not worth visiting unless you have breakfast included with your stay. We. Ade the mistake of going there for dinner after a long day of travel, and it was disappointing. Other than that, it was quite nice, thanks to viola who took exceptional care of us.
