The apartment was beautiful. Had a balcony. Very clean. Complimentary toiletries and water, tea and coffee. No milk though. Property was immaculate. Would definitely stay again. Located half a mile from centre of Florence so very quiet area.

Had to wait over an hour after being told room would be available at 3pm. I had travelled all day so this was annoying. No manager came to apologise. Had a power cut in my room on the second night which they couldn't fix so had to move to another apartment at midnight. Cigarette bits on balcony of second apartment. Again no management apology for this inconvenience of having to move. No restaurant or wellness centre open yet. No bar or refreshment area.,

I can't score less than 10 really, it was absolutely lovely. I was hesitant to book to start with due to the low amount of reviews, only maybe 10 people at the time left a review but I was really surprised with how lovely our room was.Very well designed and decorated, spacious, good view, GHD hairdryer!!!( That's huge bonus!) Apartment has everything you need.Staff in reception where very helpful etc... Highly recommend!👏👏👏

Maybe a little bit longer walk to the city center that I would have liked but not a deal breaker.😊

The apartment hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is also just a short walk to many key places in city. Even if you have to take a taxi to some places ( like us, because my mom has knee issues), it wouldn’t be expensive. We were taken care of the moment we stepped out of our taxi up to the moment we left again. Everyone there were lovely and very accomodating. The reception area’s lounge is beautifully designed and inviting and apartment we stayed at was very relaxing.

It’s a brand new hotel, you rent studios with complete kitchenette and a small living area, the room had 2 TVs! Its is absolutely spotless! And the location is wonderful, outside the hustle and bustle of the city center which I prefer very much. With a single bus ride you can be right and the Duomo. The quality of everything in the room was great too. People at the Reception is very kind and caring, they will provide assistance in anyway they can.

Elegant, new, clean, friendly staff, daily housekeeping, reception, great location just 15-20 minutes walk to the historic centre. It is much more quiet and pleasant than being right in the centre. It is the best accommodation we stayed during our month travel-long trip in Italy. Also, great value for money.

Everything was fantastic

The property was amazingly finished, you can really tell the staff and the management really put attention into details. All the utilities were there and cleverly placed. I actually missboked my time but the hotel staff were kind enough to change the date for me

This hotel exceeds my expectation. The room is impeccably clean. Everything is perfect and flawless. It is so comfortable that my son did not want to leave at the end. Will definitely come back with my family.

The location was fabulous, in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurant options. The accommodation was superb and super comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
