The hotel staff did everything they could to help us. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the bus and tram station. Which makes it easier to get around the city? There is a coffee set in the room. The breakfast is good. after an in-depth discussion we allowed to park in the hotel's parking lot, we thank the hotel staff

For those arriving at the hotel with a car. the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, they offered us a parking space that is between five and ten minutes' walk away. After nine o'clock at night we did not feel safe walking around the hotel area daily parking cost 25 euros . The breakfast served on the minus one floor.

This hotel is very well kept, convenient to the tram and buses. However, it is a good 15 to 20 minute walk down to any of the areas of Florence where the exhibits and restaurants are. Location was good if you didn’t need to go down there, but I had to take a taxi every time and it got quite costly. Food was excellent in the restaurant and staff was extremely helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

Hotel is nice, convinient location, tram station in front and just one stop to SMN train station or few more stops to most of attractions, overall friendly staff, very clean.

Garage is quite small compared to the size of the hotel and is served on the basis “first come, first serve”. There is a private garage nearby for 25 eur a day, but it should be explained to hotel guests that they have to leave their car keys and that the car might not be parked in that garage all the time, because they might drive it to some other location somewhere without the owner of the car knowing it. At the end we managed it, but just to avoid any future misunderstandings with other hotel guests, this should be explained.

The overall quality of our stay was very good, we enjoyed it very much. The complimentary umbrellas for the hotel guests were a plus and very much appreciated, given the rainy weather.

Just a couple of things: on the afternoon of the last day of our stay, wi-fi connection was lost on the 4th floor where our room was located and couldn't be restored until our check-out the day after, which wasn't very comfortable for me sonce I was there on a business trip. Also, there were two single beds put together in the room instead of a double one, which I understand that is according to availability but still it wasn't as comfortable,

Nice, clean and quite hotel. Friendly staff and all. People at the reception were really helpful. The location was also apt with direct access to public transportation. The hotel is right in front of the Opera House as well.

Stayed at the hotel for 7 days straight and the breakfast menu was the same throughout. No changes at all. The overall hospitality at the hotel seemed not up to the expectations from an international hotel. Though it could be the italian way.

ROOM WAS LOVELY, BREAKFAST GOOD

All good only one issue, late one night I went down to the bar for a coke to take back to my room. I was dressed in track bottoms a t-shirt that did look a little tired. The bar man looked me up and down with disapproval. I asked for a coke with out any more eye contact he shoved a can of coke across the bar with out offering a glass. You could get better service from a fast food hall.

Good hotel. Not far from station (tram outside the door too) and near a beautiful park which is great for running. 10 minutes walk from city but beautiful walk by the river with lovely buildings and views..Have stayed here a few times and would stay again

Gym could do with some equipment as its borderline useless. Promoted the use of this fast check in online but when I got to hotel had to show passport and swipe credit card so that didn't make sense - double check in is never a good customer experience

It was comfortable, clean, warm and within walking distance to many places to visit. Many items that could be needed were available in the room. Breakfast was also satisfying for me.

I found the lighting in the room a bit dim; I had to leave the toilet light on to illuminate the room.

Can be slighty dark but maybe the weather plays do that. Our smart key had issues which was annoying but the staff were helpful about it. Also some beer on tap would be nice, the bar is otherwise very nice

Our room was very nice. Comfortable bed, and the robes were a really nice touch. We thought the breakfast was nice, with a lot of different choices.

The property location was fine. It was next to a metro stop and a bus line that really helped get us to where we needed to go. It is a way from the city center.
