Location: I love how close it was to the tram station and yet still a very quiet neighborhood. It's also accessible to a lot of sights and restaurants. Room: Big and comfortable. It was very clean. every corner was very clean. I loved how I was upgraded to a double room too. Host: Luigi and Maria were both very lovely in person. they helped me a lot and guided me with all my questions and queries specially Luigi. He was very patient with me. Since my flight was in the evening, they accomodated me to store my luggage while roaming around the city. This act of kindness goes a long way. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accomodation as its worth the value for money. I was travelling alone and staying here made me feel at home.

Just because I'm not used to it, but the area where to shower is too small and cramped. it was hard to position and no area to put my toiletries whilebathing. But it was super clean and overall I can do with that.

First of all - hats off to the host, Luigi. A wonderful person with a lively spirit. He welcomed us to the hotel and have us directions, was very friendly and talked to us about many things. The location was very good, it's very close to the big park where you can take walks or go for a run. Lots of runners in the park there so you'll feel right at home. It's also close to the city center, everything within walking distance. The room was nice and clean, and I also appreciated the style of the decorations. It was nothing extravagant but lovely nonetheless. Very good value.

Nothing in particular, maybe some sort of coffee machine either in the room or in the hotel, for that morning fuel before you go out.

Staying in Florence for one night, I booked this hotel, which is a very beautiful Italian style room, my friends and I like it very much. The boss was very kind and friendly, helped us settle down and put down our luggage, let us go out and play without worry, and patiently taught us how to enter the door of the hotel, this area is very safe, close to the train station, There are C2 buses and T1 trams at the door, which can easily get to and from Florence's famous attractions and stations, and I would choose this place again! I especially like the style of this room, the sofa and various paintings in the corridor, which make me feel that the owner is a person who loves life and is full of art. In addition, the hot water pressure in the toilet is very good, the room is not near the main street, and it is quiet enough for me to sleep until the morning, I like it very much! After checking out, we will store the luggage temporarily until we come back to pick it up this afternoon. It was a very happy stay!

Luigi and and his Wife are an absolute delight. They'll help you with all sorts of tips from where to eat to how to save money on your trip. The rooms are a bit outdated but have a very nice Italian feel to it. The rooms are large and have all the essentials needed. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Nothing to complain about

I really loved the design and comfort of the house. The owner was incredibly friendly, greeting us personally at the apartment and providing a brief overview of the city. He also recommended some must-try food spots, which was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there!

I love every inch of it!

Great location, close to the train station but in a quiet area. Not far from Arno River. Nice scenic walk to the centre about 20 mins. Decent size room. Bathroom had good water pressure and hot water. Luigi was a very helpful host.

The property was in an excellent location, really close to the train station but also close to the team. It was also really close to lots of different eateries. Luigi was a brilliant host and made sure to give us some recommendations too. The bedroom was lovely and spacious and the shower was lovely.

Massive rooms. Good location. Good recommendations for food & sightseeing. Manager was very friendly and helpful, helping me print my train tickets last minute.

Check-in could have been slightly clearer, was hard to figure out which doorbell to ring on the first day

I was told that someone would meet me at the location. But how to meet that guy was communicated very late. So we had to wait in front of the property. One of the residents of the property led us to the 6th Floor, where the room was located. But how to get in? Then we got the message on WhatsApp that their man was waiting downstairs for us. The the man came up.

An amazing place with an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome and cared for. Our Room No. 2 had beautiful ambience and super comfortable bed. We appreciated freshly pressed sheets and lot of natural light. The position of the flat is perfect. Not too touristy yet comfortable walking distance.
