The room and shower were reasonably large. Having a fridge and kettle (and a desk) was great! It was in a great spot two streets back from the river. Lots of other hotels and small businesses around so it felt safe. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the historic centre.

Like the other reviews say, it is noisy. The construction starts around 7 am and finishes about 7 - 8 pm. The walls are thin so you here people coming and going. The door to the bathroom was very stiff and while it does close fully It's difficult to reopen, especially from inside the bathroom.

Florence is not a very big city, so you can walk to the city centre within 20min from the accommodation or take the tram for shorter time. The host is very hospitable and willing to help us all the time. The room is comfortable and tidy, really quiet in the night. Also the bathroom is big and clean which I really like. Free luggage storage.

I received wonderful and timely communication to help us locate the property and what to do during checkout. Room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated.the bed was quite comfortable and there was a tv in the room. The bathroom was large and well equipped with Nice fresh towels and some basic toiletries.

Only thing we looked for and didn’t find was a wine opener and plug converters for our phones. There were some in the hall but none that worked with North American plugs. Make sure to bring your own to be safe.

Room is big and has tall ceilings it was clean and good spacious shower. Check in and check out were easy and straightforward, you can do self checkout. Good communication with the host and they are quick to respond. We were also able to store our luggage there too.

The bathroom door gets stuck. Construction happening on the road and unfortunately the waste bin for all construction waste was right by our window which woke us up around 8:30, but if you wake up early then no problem, everything else was great.

Really good sized room with a good sized bathroom and a great shower. Really easy getting access to the building and it felt like a safe area. Really loved the room as a whole.

Housekeeping took my towel without giving me a new one on one of the days and they moved my things around (e.g. suitcase) even though it was out of the way which made me uncomfortable. It's a great place but just make sure you either lock away your valuables or take them with you if getting your room serviced.

Lovely room in a great location, close enough to walk into the bustling city of Florence but not so close that it was noisy. In fact aside from the construction work opposite, it was a really quiet area. The room was lovely and had plenty of space for the pull out bed for our toddler. Very clean and nice shower too. Camilla was fantastic, excellent communication and she really helped us out when we came back to the City a few days later. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The only downside was the construction work opposite, but that is out of their control obviously!

I had a very pleasant stay. Big room, clean and good amenities. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location and very walkable. It took me around 10-15 minutes to reach the city centre and tourist attractions which meant that I didn't need to use public transport, except for the tram via the airport. B&B staff were very communicative and friendly.

Coffee and tea in the room wasn't replenished during my stay. Only issue.

Beautiful unique room. Large room and high ceilings. Great shower and comfy beds. Helpful, welcoming staff who let us check in very early and had our room ready and gave bottles of water. Very helpful and responsive on messages.

Building works outside window so may need ear plugs (provided by host). This didn’t bother us. Room had great shutters so was dark and we slept well.

The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed, the easy way of access into the apartment at any time. Bonus points for the early checkin time.

There was a slight issue with the sound isolation in the apartment and the construction site in the area amplified this. Even though the location is pretty close to the city center, the neighbourhood does not seem the friendliest, especially at night time.
