The location was perfect close to Tram and Railway stops/station and the major sights. The use of a shared terrace ( when not raining!!) The concierge was super helpful and friendly even lent me an umbrella so kind, she made up for any minor niggles. When entering buildings at night v dark and lights don’t automatically come on for the lift.

The rooms could do with a few bits of cheerful art and a comfortable chair to sit in to read as nowhere to comfortably to relax after walking miles in the fascinating city of Florence. Only on my second day did I realised I could use the kettle in the breakfast room to make my own coffee i my room

We had an absolutely incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, our host welcomed us with great warmth and attention. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and conveniently located from the station and points in the city. The breakfast at the property it was also great - simple but we had everything we needed (fruits, coffee, meat, croissant, etc) I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great location, and first-class service!

The location is fantastic!!! Any staff member I interacted with were friendly. The gentleman who checked me in went through a map showing highlights of the city. Really interesting design of room and bathroom. I felt very safe here.

The wifi was very weak. Probably out of the hotels control but Mosquitoes! The insect repellent plug made no difference. It looked like they lived in the wood beams. Bring repellent and antihistamines.

Very comfortable bed and impressive high ceilings! Delicious fresh pastries for breakfast which was a welcome surprise. 20 minutes from most of the sights but a nice walk down the river meant we didn’t mind being a bit out of the way!

Nothing, very lovely stay.

Excellent location! We walked everywhere we wanted to see and do! And just a 10 minute walk to the train station. They accommodated our early arrival and held our luggage and allowed us to sit on balcony while waiting for are departing train. They offer a breakfast bar with many good choices from 8-10:15. It was clean and comfortable, and quiet.

The breakfast time frame should be earlier and until 11. There were very few amenities- bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

It was a cozy room with a lot of space, as was the bathroom. It was a very safe and secured space, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a nice view from our room and the location was fantastic. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants, bars, and even some historic views. Not too far from the city center and placed in a very tranquil street, also very close to the Train Station.

We had some problems with the toilet because it wasn't flushing.

The room was on a great street close to the train station. It was an easy walk with our rolling luggage. Our room had a door to a common deck area, which had a decent view of the neighborhood. The surprise bonus was this room came with an unadvertised option for free breakfast.

This room, Room 2, was next to the entry door to the common hallway and the operating mechanism was very loud. When people left early, or came back late, it was so loud it would wake us up. The other issue is that there wasn't a shower. The bathtub was tucked under the stairs to another unit so we couldn't stand up. The faucet came with a spray option but it was quite awkward.

The host who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. She provided us with everything we needed and even let us check in early. Very satisfied with the experience.

Would just suggest the hotel to clarify instructions to get to the second floor instead of the first. Very minor issue, however.

We had a lovely spacious room furnished in keeping with the historical building. With a comfortable bed and spacious private shower room. Breakfast offered a good choice of food, fruit, yoghurt, cereals in addition to pastry and cake. The location is convenient for sightseeing and for restaurants. We had both lunch and dinner nearby.

I had not registered that we would not be able to make a hot drink in the evening.

The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. They would help us get our taxis whenever we needed. Breakfast was always served in the morning, and the host would make us coffee every morning which was so sweet. I really liked the croissants that they gave. And the location was very nice, lots of stores, restaurants, and salons nearby. The train was only a short walk away. Otherwise we would take a taxi to the main city.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there would be mosquitoes in the room at night (we did open the windows. Before this there was no problem), however, the host addressed this issue by giving us mosquito repellent plug-ins which helped. It is just the environment and I know that it is not something that is in the control of the hosts but just wanted to point it out in case anyone wants to bring any repellent
