No breakfast, but wonderful and quiet location and very very clean! Shoutout to the lovely concierges who gave us a ton of recommendations near the area particularly Julia and another female concierge (I just can’t remember her name!!!) but they were so nice and friendly and called us taxis whenever we needed transportation!!

Nothing, loved the stay

The location is so convenient close to the river, city centre, shops, cafes and train station, SM Novella since I travelled in by train from Milan. It is also about 20 mins away from the international airport for my departure. Staff were helpful and made good recommendations for restaurants and cafes which the locals would patronize and not 'tourist traps', which was what I wanted. It had good toiletries, towels, bathrobes and slippers. Recommended and I will stay here again.

The very well-kept-up hotel. All staff greet you with a warm and friendly attitude. Everything is well cleaned, new furniture, functional and comprehensive type of bathroom, bed more comfortable bed, quality bedding, right mattress, spotlessly white clean bed linen, 2 different kind of pillows, coffee and tea sets and good quality brand of drinking water as a gift. The area is quiet, located in convenient distance to all points of interest

The size of room is very small. it’s too tight even for single staying. The shower kit includes only an over head fixed shower head.

Location was close to the train station and eateries. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was amazing!, very clean and extras like, beautiful robes& slippers, brand name body care, fresh linen, comfortable bed and the room smelt wonderful. Highly recommend.

they supply a high in capsule coffee machine but assume NO ONE uses milk. I purchased my own, but find it odd that you have high end coffee and expect everyone prefers strong, small amounts of coffee I do not understand how a 4 star hotel can not have heat 24/7. I had this problem in other hotels but I was finally told the hours the heat is on. In Italy it depends on location. Several hotels closer to the center of town had 24/7 heat

the room was clean, the location was great and the price even better. it’s in a quiet street by a pretty small villa with big trees filled with birds. you can hear them in the morning. it’s beautiful. it’s very close to the canal. i recommend the place and id certainly stay here again if i needed a nice place while on a budget.

what i didn’t like is something really silly and not a deal breaker at all — the decor in the common spaces and lobby. it was a modern style but it looked very devoid of personality or warmth. the photos on the wall were so nice but the size and way they were hung made them look very cheap. it really messed with my experience because otherwise i’d give it a 10/10 because everything else was perfect. but i guess you can’t get everything. to be clear, i recommend the place and id certainly stay here again if i needed a nice place while on a budget.

the interior has been updated and added amenities for guest: bathrobe, great shower, comfortable bed free water which was helpful

steps to enter the lobby, difficult to drag luggage to the door and another 2 steps into the lobby. think to add a ramp because there is a 'pod' style coffee system there is NO milk for coffee or tea......very odd. so bring your own. I found the upgraded double more comfortable than the basic. A bigger room and a better shower layout so you do not trip entering the bathroom. Also a much bigger desk and I work on trips I had a lot of trouble regulating the heat in the room. I could have asked the desk for help

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, just a short walk from the Arno, with visible Security on Patrol, which made me feel safe (solo, female traveller). My room was equally quiet and extremely clean. I was so happy to find slippers and robes (so good for going between bed & bathroom), a fridge with bottled still & sparkling water and a Nespresso machine in the room. The staff were very nice and were able to help with any enquiries.

No breakfast service, or bar onsite (however, possibly a blessing, as I wanted somewhere very quiet to stay). Room was a little cold at night, no extra blankets or s quilt in the room drawers. - (Likely easy to resolve, by speaking with reception, which I forgot to do.) No phone to contact reception in the room.

The hotel is very clean and new, including bed linens and towels. Nice toiletries, room slippers and bath robe. Complimentary coffees, teas and waters on the first day. Located in a quite street, is near main interest points (10 to 25 minutes walking), 10 minutes from main train station and T2 tram from the airport. City buses stops also near (we used mostly the C2). The inconvenience of not serving breakfast turned out to not be a problem as there is a great patisserie 3 min away (Gamberini). They have a room to leave your luggage before/ after check in/out. Would stay here  again!

Nothing to mention.

It’s a new hotel not far from Santa Maria Novella train station (about 10 -15 minutes walking). It’s clean with nice toiletries (Ferragamo), bathrobes, slippers, bed linen. There is free water in mini bar when you check in. As far as I understood it’s provided once. It takes not much time to get main sightseeing either along quay or wandering through awesome Florence streets. There is no breakfast in this hotel, but there are some cafes around where you can find variety of food.
