This villa was gorgeous! The space was perfect and had everything you needed. Blerina was super helpful and kind, checking in on us whenever we crossed paths and made sure everything was alright. The views are amazing! The restaurant Podere Torricella has was phenomenal also!

The shower wasn’t the best. It didn’t drain all the way and water pressure was inconsistent. Due to the location being remote, bugs sure love the place too. They are definitely what you would expect for a house in nature, not extensive but still a couple here and there.

Blerina made this stay exceptional! She was not only a delight to talk to, but very helpful in all aspects! We met us when we arrived, and she showed us around. She had a BBQ brought to our unit after we asked for one, with all the utensils. Then, there was a train strike going on and we missed 2 of the trains, and we had dinner reservations there at the villa nearby. I reached out to Blerina, explaining the train delay, and she assured me of the last train, still running. We made the train and messaged the restaurant and they stayed open late for us. She was so accommodating and lovely. Thank you! The views are to die for!

The grass was very long and sidewalks needed a sweep

It is in a beautiful setting, with a great pool area and relaxation space, and the apartment itself is suitably rustic and charming. It is a good base from which to explore Tuscany and offers a restaurant across the road, although unfortunately we didn't get the chance to try it.

For those who want to cook, the kitchen facilities aren't great. Some other supplies, like toilet paper, were a little scarce. The wifi didn't work very well and there was no TV signal at all, but if you come to Tuscany to watch TV, you might as well stay at home.

House is amazing and if you would like to go out from Urban life is perfect. Toscana is adorable. Location on very connective point and only for 3 days we have visited , Florence( fast and easy until tram line where we have parked the car and have used the tram), San Gimignano, Siena, Bologna etc. If you choose for example to stay in Florence only to go IN and Out to the city center will cost you 2 hours. So if you like to travel, or would like to visit maximum places in that great area that is the way and that is the place. If we exclude the problem with the payment at the end that place is hard 10 and must visit. You cannot imagine the view. OMG piece of heaven.

We arrived with 15 minutes later than 18h , host was very polite with perfect English . She explained us everything , gave us the keys. We understand that wifi doesn't work correctly and the TV remote was broken. She have changed the TV immediately and in Monday morning they have tried to fix internet but unfortunately TV stop working and internet stay same quality . For us that was not a problem but for someone that need to work can be. Problem on the check out: We were there 4 nights, first day I have asked our host do I need to pay security deposit or something additional . No, No. On Monday we were on the road already , She called me to ask did I pay Our stay on the restaurant etc. Of course not ! I dot know how they put payment on Booking etc. So if nobody have asked me …….

Blerina - our host did her job perfectly:) She took care of everything and told us the best way to get to Florence and the cities we wanted to visit. Without her our holiday hadn't been so great! The internet and everything were working in the house so there wasn’t anything to complain about. The location is great and the landscape is beautiful around the property. The pool was clean and the water temperature is good to swim. Tuscany is amazing and it is a great authentic house to stay in.

Really great, quiet location between the vines and olive trees. Amazing sunrises from outside our apartment and sunsets from the restaurant terrace. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious, heating was working well and bed extremely comfortable. In the mornings we saw deers next to our room, it was incredible. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, recommend the truffle pasta and the bisteca fiorentina! Florence is about 35-40 min by car and after a full touristy day it was so nice to enjoy the sunset and the quietness of the place.

The only minor inconvenience was the shower that didn’t have a cabin but just the shower head and curtains next to the sink so the entire bathroom floor got wet. But we got used to it.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, situated atop a hill with a gorgeous view into the typical Tuscan landscape and surrounding farmland. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool a lot and highly recommend the restaurant for dinner, with its amazing cuisine and wine selection, as well as outstanding service.

Location, views and pool areas are just great.

Electric plug points are outdated and very tough to use. Not enough adapters or multiplias to use along. Internet was down and poor. Appreciate if these could be addressed. Very small re fridge tractor without a freezer is a problem as well. We were given a small BBQ which was broken down. Maybe it would be awesome to have a new BBQ it costs nothing.

Location is magical and really good positioned to sightseeing the best of Tuscany. Antinori in 20min, Florence also. Chianti and small villages also in less 30min. Magical and zen, expecially early morning on sunrise or sunset. The farm house is rustic, very clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures. We loved it and it was our home away from home for a week.

Near enough to visit Tuscan towns and Florence but a quiet and peaceful countryside ambience. Lovely breeze and views. Kittens, lizards, owls roam the olive fields. Great pool adored by the children

No fence or barrier around pool (not great for young kids). Roads near property are narrow and in suboptimal repair. No AC and some window screens broken.
