Everything about the property was beautiful and the staff were super loving and charismatic and the rooms are super ample there showers AMAZING after a long day of walking it was exactly what I needed.

The property is a little far from the city center but there is bus stops super close so entering the city is easy there are two buses #11 right in front of the hotel but comes about every 45 minutes and #36 and #37 are on the street paralleled behind us about a 5 minute walk from there but passes by about every 10-15 minutes. Use the AT bus app to see the stops and what times they will arrive.

Although quite away out of Florence there was a bus stop just across the road that took you right into the city. there was a bar and a couple of nice restaurants about a 15 minute walk away

Amazing location, spacious cute rooms, AMAZING BREAKFAST! Owner is the friendliest, caring ever! Wi fi was great, parking is doable and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!! Very peaceful, we had a great sleep and rest !

There is a nice garden and a rooftop terrace. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning was not working. You have to leave car on the street parking and carry your bags, depends on where you get the space to park, it can be quite far.

Comfortable bed, friendly, colorful apartment. Modern, elegant bathroom. Bed linen and towels were changed during the 4-night stay. Super sun terrace with a beautiful view. It is easily accessible, we arrived by car, there is a free, safe parking lot a 3-minute walk away. Bus number 11 leaves and arrives in front of the house, which allows us to easily get into the city center. The dinner was beyond imagination, Marzio and Rosaria cooked typical Italian food fresh every day. Marzio is very communicative, speaks English well, very nice, hospitable people. We will book accommodation here again next time, if Rosaria cooks dinner!

The staff were super friendly. The location was ok, a few stops away from the center. Great parking 3 min away. Nice view from the terrace. Our room was big and clean.

A lot of mosquitoes but ample solutions. No choice of beverage after the reception closes (vending machines) bad coffee at the machine. The room did smell a bit damp at the beginning. To shops nearby. All the negatives have nothing to do with the property.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options and delicious baked pastries, the bus stop is right outside, everything was clean and I had no problems. I had a room with an external bathroom and it was right across from my door.

An excellent place to stay and enjoy Florence, the place is beautiful and the room we stayed in was big and spacious. The host was exceptional, answered all our questions, and was always very charming, providing suggestions on where to go and recommendations around the city. Don't worry about how to get to the city because you have the bus stop just in front of the street. Really liked to stay there and is totally recommended.
