We stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The communication before we arrived was very quick, and from the first minute the host was ideal and very welcoming. She showed us around the house and our room, and explained everything we needed to know for our first day in Florence. During our entire stay, whenever we had a question, we received a reply to our messages very quickly. The cleaning personnel were also super friendly and hard workers. We had a safe, but we never used it and left everything in the room as it was. The people there are so honest and friendly, and we felt very safe. We had a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and dining area, plus a small balcony/terrace. It was not like a hotel room with only a bed and a bathroom. It felt like home. It was so comfortable to stay for a long time. Within a 2–5 minute walk, there were two bus stops. One had the number 11 and the other had the numbers 36 and 37, all of which went to the city center in 10 minutes. There were many parking spaces in the closed area around the house and cameras everywhere, so it was very safe to leave the car there when travelling by car. On the two top floors there are huge terraces, one with lots of tables — ideal for a quiet evening with a glass of wine after a hot day in the city center — and another with two jacuzzies, tables and chairs. There were lots of local small supermarkets and pizzeria selling ready-made hot food. There were also 4-5 gas stations within a 2-minute drive, which was ideal if you were travelling by car. In short, it's ideal if you don't want to stay in a busy noisy city center and prefer a quiet place to rest in the evening after walking around the city center.

Comfortable spacious apartment, hot tubs on the roof, washing machine/dryer available for a small fee. Short walk to the bus stop.

Came with a coffee maker, but no tea and coffee was provided. The room had a really strong smell of garlic which lingered our entire stay and was a bit off putting.

The rooms are big and comfortable for 2 to 3 people. Bathroom was huge and clean. Checkin and checkout process is simple and convenient. Lena and her staff were really helpful throughout our stay. They have a common dining area that's got coffee machines and microwaves etc. The bus stop is really close to the property. Excellent place to stay if you're travelling with family or with friends!

The bathroom door lock was broken / not working, so we had to do a bit of adjustment. This needs to be fixed. The lobby outdoor smelled really bad, not sure why.

Easy to get a bus to downtown, 10 minutes away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was very hard to get a taxi on the day of departure, book in advance so you don’t miss your flight. We were about to miss our flight so the staff saved us and took me to the airport! I can not describe how thankful I was!!!! Grazie Lena and the employees!

There was an issue with the A/C even before we arrived, so they bumped us up into an even better room straight away (a loft apartment). The manager was super helpful and responsive. The bed was a bit old and uncomfortable, so they provided a better one the same day. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. The historic center is about 30 minutes away by foot, but there are 2 bus stops 50 meters away from the apartment that can take you there too. There are also some common areas in the complex with coffee machines, vending machines and a shared paid washing machine. Great free parking too. All in all, a really nice experience.

The property is easily accessible from road and has a parking slot. The check in was very simple and the host very friendly. The apartment has a small kitchen which is very well stocked with dishes and glasses. We found everything we needed. The room was also very well cleaned. The apartment is located only 20-25 minutes by foot from the city center.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room and enjoyed the space. Lara was super helpful and arranged a jacuzzi session for us on our second night. There is excellent free parking available at the property, a big plus in Florence. The kitchen, coffee making facilities and fridge all very handy.

It's a little way out from Florence but this is clear from the listing and comments so we understood (and we got the benefit of the parking).

This is a unique hotel. It's super cozy. We stayed at the great loft with a nice kitchen. The hotel has a very beautiful courtyard and a rooftop with a view. everything is green, and there's convenient parking, which is important for those traveling by car. And the location! It took us about 25-30 minutes to walk to the city center. The staff is incredibly caring, kind, and always ready to help.

I can't say anything negative about this beautiful hotel—it's pure joy!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The terrace decorated with lights created such a cozy and charming atmosphere, and the jacuzzis were perfect for relaxing after a long day. We felt exceptionally well taken care of – the staff’s approach was highly professional, and it’s rare to meet such genuinely kind and welcoming people. This place really made us feel special, and we would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well thought out considering its location. The rooms are basic and cold, and the shower isn’t the newest or most comfortable, but staying here for a couple of days to save money is acceptable. The hotel itself is very convenient, with access to everything you might need: coin-operated washing machines, a microwave, vending machines, and a kettle. Check-in, check-out, and the overall stay are fully self-service, with no need to interact with staff, which I absolutely loved. As a bonus, there are several jacuzzis on the roof, which we happily tried out and enjoyed spending a couple of hours in. However, the lights on the roof weren’t working that day, and no one was able to help us, so we ended up sitting in complete darkness.

Getting to the city center is not as easy as it seems—buses don’t follow their schedule at all, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a bus to the center each time. The rooms are built as cheaply as possible, so staying in them for anything beyond sleeping is unappealing, though they are acceptable for resting overnight.
