The hotel is a quiet and luxurious escape from the crowds of Florence, yet an easy 20 min walk down hill to the Ponte Vecchio. It has everything you need including a beautiful pool and surrounds, and you feel like you are in the Tuscan countryside. The breakfast was amazing, and it was a wonderful way to start each day, sitting overlooking the pool and enjoying every type of breakfast food possible. The staff were so helpful and did everything to make our stay perfect. I would throughly recommend this as a perfect place to stay to enjoy Florence and relax at the same time.

We stayed at the Hotel Park Palace in Florence for four nights following our daughter’s wedding, and I must say, it was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The location is ideal – close to the city center, yet nestled in a green, slightly elevated residential area that feels peaceful and elegant. There’s even a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly into the heart of Florence. The surroundings include several embassies, adding to the charm of the neighborhood. The hotel itself feels like a beautifully preserved Florentine villa. The public spaces are exquisite, with elegant lounges, a well-maintained garden, a lovely swimming pool, and a terrace perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious every morning, with fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and everything you could wish for. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. There’s also an elevator, which is convenient – but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful – from the night porters to the breakfast staff and the front desk team. I’d like to mention a few names in particular: Uliana at the reception, Violeta during the night shift, and Aba, Giulia, and Elena at breakfast – but in truth, every staff member we met contributed to making our stay so special. Parking was easy and convenient, and overall, our time at the Park Palace was simply outstanding. We would return in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. A truly exceptional experience.

Beautiful and peaceful escape from the bustle of Florence city centre. Close enough to walk in or catch a bus/taxi but far enough to relax and have a peaceful escape. The property is very tranquil and there is plenty of room to sit around and relax. Breakfast was wonderful. Excellent variety and attentive staff. We enjoyed eating on the terrace. Bed was comfortable and room was refreshed daily.

Parking was an additional charge which is disappointing as there is plenty of car parking space on the property. We felt it should be included for the price of the room. Water not replaced in the room after initial complimentary bottle.

We love this hotel! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, out of the crowded center of Florence but walkable for us( 45 min stroll) or a short taxi ride. Lazing by the pool under the shade of the tree was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever had. The room is very clean. There’s a couple of nice restaurants nearby if you don’t fancy going in to the city.

Clean and calm hotel on top the hills of Florence away from the crowd and ideal for hot summer days to relax at the pool during those hot hours. Rooms well equipped, clean and breakfast outstanding buffet. Pretty street leads from the hotel directly to the center in a 15min walk. Optional stop at forte di belvedere for a great view over the city. Uphill and back to the hotel we took a taxi, there is also a public bus.

Parking can be booked as an extra for 15€.

Very nice hotel, just outside of Florence. Very clean and cosy rooms, very nice staff and the breakfast and restaurant make all your needs are met. When I come to Florence again, I will be going back to park palace hotel. 😊

Prices for drinks and wines was on the expensive side.

Everything! Really beautiful building, great rooms, location and a super helpful and warm staff! They were so service minded and always went the extra mile that made us feel really taken care of. They were also amazing with our baby, he received so much love! Already planning our next trip back to this wonderful hotel.

Everything was perfect! Would have been even better with a kettle to make some tea in the room but it’s not necessary!

This hotel was absolutely Great !! the location was a 20 minute walk from the river crossing into the city ( also a $1:50 bus ride , with the stop being steps from the front door). During our walk, we discovered an amazing restaurant on the right side of the road 4 minutes down the road! Another fabulous restaurant is even closer to the property . The hotel was gorgeously decorated and the staff was so friendly/helpful . The woman that tended to breakfast was lovely !!! And the breakfast spread was over the top with selection and quality. And, if that wasn’t enough, the veranda overlooking the pool was the perfect setting for dining. A MUST STAY

Excellent location and facilities, The Park Palace Hotel suited our needs perfectly. Car parking on site and an easy walk into the centre of Florence. The pool was a nice touch with lovely gardens surrounding the grounds
