A very comfortable and cozy stay in the heart of Florence! Located near major landmarks in a historic and quiet neighborhood, it's perfect even for those who can spend a few days in the city. You can reach by walking several attractions or just ride on a bus, as there are bus stops nearby. Vintage atmosphere and attention to detail, make this property so unique, and make you feel the beautiful Florence vibes. The room was comfortable, very clean, and big enough with a small balcon from which you can enjoy a lovely view. I was warmly welcomed by the host, who provided me tips on best places to visit in Florence and shows care and attention to the satisfaction of his guests.

- Very decent price/quality. - Friendly host as well. - The neighborhood has some very nice places for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also more affordable than typical places in Firenze, because it's outside the center. - You're within walking distance of some excellent places to visit (e.g. Villa Bardini and its magnificent gardens)

- The room only had one plug you could effectively use, and already connected to the nightlight (the other one being behind the desk and necessary for fridge etc) - Outside noises (or those from neighbors inside the apartment) do come through easily. But because I spent my time walking through Firenze, and wear ear plugs at night, it didn't bother me too much

I had an amazing stay! The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated their hospitality. Without a doubt, I will book this place again when I visit Florence in the future. Highly recommended!

Quiet a spacious room in a nice apartment building with lift, quiet neighborhood near the historical centre, 15minutes walk to the Veccio bridge. Great communication with the owner, happy to help always, helped us finding the parking spot around 10mins from the accommodation.

The toilet is a bit small and feels quite cramped. Suggestions : It would have been great to have provision for parking spot outside the building. It'll be really nice to provide guests with a hot water kettle in the room for tea.

M Matteo was super friendly and helpful; he helped us with all we needed. Plus, the location is great, close to the city center and all the main attractions. We made about 5 min on foot to Giordano di Boboli and about 20 min to Palazzo Pitti. It is really easy to get to from the Rifredi train station, by bus. The view on the balcony was nice (we heard the little birds every morning), the room clean and cosy, really a great accommodation. Thank you M Matteo for everything!

It was awesome ... Matteo, I can't thank you enough. You are the best! since the begining he took care of a very late check in with the best attitude. everytime I contact him within a few minutes he answered me. very kind and always cheerful.

Very close to Ponte vecchio (~15 minutes) and outside the ZTL if you come by car. Very cozy accommodation and very clean, Matteo was an excellent host.

Bathroom is a bit small but that's to be expected from and old building, wasn't a problem.

Design of rooms is very authentic, clean, nice. Balcony is amazing, view to inside gardens so quiet. Nice area and walkable to center. Owner is very helpful and friendly, was ready to bring me wine opener in the late evening! also communication started from beginning, he sent whatsapp about arrival time - so it's very comfortable. It was also possible to leave bags.

The balcony is great and the room’s atmosphere really cozy. The bed was comfortable. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Great and active host.

In the bathroom there was a problem with the drainage of water from the shower. It was a little far from center, but really close to Boboli Gardens.

Room as described, mini fridge, air-conditioned and close to bus stop (4 minutes away)! Also, it is really close to Boboli gardens and walking distance (5 minutes) from the old town wall. The owner was helpful and friendly, check in was easy and so was check out.
