The location was great! Quiet street and lovely apartment. Clean. Full kitchen with all necessary equipment

It was very stressful in the middle of our vacation when I was sent a full lease that I had to sign the night before we were going to stay and in the lease I had to agree to all sorts of additional costs like cleaning and utilities used. I would have found a different place if it wasn't 10 pm the night before check-in. Not cool. Felt extorted. Hosts should be upfront with all costs. Just got home and only have been hit with cleaning cost so far. Not sure what else is coming.

love the decorations. the overall apartment is super nice. the drying racks in ever room are a plus! honestly wish I could stay forever.

there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the apartment smelled like rotten garbage when I arrived. there was also a hair in the shower, so I’m not quite sure how clean it was when I arrived. nothing a few bleach wipes and a good air freshener couldn’t fix, but that was a bit disappointing.

It is a nice designed apartment and very close to the old city

It was an unnecessarily hard registration process which I needed to do on my phone - 10!!!!! pages (I am not joking - literally 10 pages) of questions, plus I must put the photo of all passports, sign 2-3 contracts, tell them the whole credit card details, my personal details, etc. It was much easier to get my international passport than to get the right to get instructions on how to find keys. It was a quest - find the right entry door because there are 2 similar, then to call them and they open this door distantly, then go to the 2nd floor and try to find a door and a key box, then put the right code and hope you can get your keys. I haven't seen anything like this - they are not friendly at all - very egoistic, and it is a very expensive apartment.

We got an upgrade from the unit we booked and the apartment was very good. It was very near to the main attractions. The unit was relatively newly renovated and the facilities were very good

The unit was on 2nd floor. But due to the high ceiling it was equivalent of 4 floors 😑. So carrying our heavy luggage was very difficult. The AC in the bedroom made some sound during the night which made the sleep a bit disturbing (but not alarming though)

Great location, cute place and very cozy

Crazy expensive! Not equipped for longer stays and no oven. Very limited storage and wardrobe space. Air con barely worked, despite having called the technician. No olive oil or salt or pepper in the kitchen. No cereal bowls. No washing machine! And laundromat here is €10 a load. The street is very noisy so you have to close the windows at night.

Loved the apartment ! 20 min walk to the city center and 30 minutes walk to the train station. Their service is amazing always immediate response - we were traveling with kids and had a few mosquito bites but they were so considerate to come in late change the sheets just in case and also left a wine for any inconvenience!!

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable

Lovely clean apartment, really felt like a home for the short time we were there. Location was good! Check in was really easy also!

The only thing I would mention is that you can sometimes get a good bit of noise from the bar below but that’s not fault of the apartment and of course, you are in a city!

The location was great and it had everything we needed.

Some observations: there is no lift so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. There is a bar on the corner that can be noisy some nights.

Proximity to restaurants and shopping and a very comfortable bed.

No elevator, but that is common in Italy. Opening the door to the room was a challenge but they provide a video.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very functional. It was relatively near the historical area of Florenc. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.
