The room felt luxurious, stylish, comfy, and inspiring! Perfect location in wonderful neighborhood away from the touristy crowds but close enough to walk to everything. The large shower for two was a nice touch too. Tall ceilings. Large bright walk in closet. Wonderful A/C kept our room cool in hot August Florence as well.

Soprarno Suites is the kind of place that makes Florence feel like home. Set in the Oltrarno, it’s close to the city’s main sights but surrounded by artisan workshops and local cafés that give the neighbourhood its charm. The rooms are full of character with high ceilings, eclectic art, and a relaxed elegance that feels more like a Florentine apartment than a hotel. Breakfast is served in the property’s own café, a beautiful and inviting spot to start the day. Above all, Brunella, our host, makes the experience unforgettable with her warmth and genuine care. They had everything prepared for our arrival, even though we arrived at 23:00. We were hungry on arrival, and restaurants were closed at that time, but the hotel has snacks available (for free!) for passengers. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped. The location was perfect for us: outside the main tourist pathways, but 5 min away from Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was perfect to start each day's exploration. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Bathtub in the room was luxurious! High ceiling with frescos. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was perfect before wine tours or going out exploring for the day. The location of Santo Spirito being away from the main hustle and bustle was nicer and we found some of our favourite things to do and where to eat because we were there. Being on a street connected to a bridge made for easy access to everything. As a special treat for our honeymoon it was very special and acted as the perfect base and retreat.

Couldn’t fault it. As boutique artistic with some luxury like bathtub in the bedroom - we were very pleased with our stay and would enjoy going back.

Amazing room, beautiful decor throughout the property, very clean and large rooms with historical details. Breakfast was great! Plenty of choices and the best Italian Coffee :-)

As the hotel only has a total of 13 rooms, it would have been nice if the hotel staff remembered guests names or at least their rooms, rather than asking every day at breakfast again for the room number. As this is a boutique hotel with an exquisite touch, this would have been the level of attentiveness to be expected. The hotel entrance does not look anything like the rooms and could use a makeover. You would never expect such a nice property when standing in front of it.... a secret gem.

Everything about Soprarno Suites was first class. Contact with Viviana before arriving. We had a very late check in as flight got in late. She sent clear instructions on how to get into the property without help. The house itself is just amazing. Homely. Cosy. Quirky. Different. Warm. Lots of fun and fab furniture. The bedroom was incredible. Best bath ever!!! Really comfy bed. Coffee machine. Wonderful view of the streets. Fabulous location. We honestly had the best weekend and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

Breakfast was simple but good. Would get boring if more than 3 days. The reception area was great! Liked that we could get extra coffee, a decent bottle of wine and a snack there. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Room and bathroom were very spacious.

Lightning was dim at best and obnoxious at worst. Get lamp shades! Could have used a table instead of the in room soaking tub or more surface area to keep miscellaneous items. More hooks in the bathroom or main room would be very helpful for coats, etc.

Every thing I’m regular customer for them this is my favorite hotel the vibes the intake design , cozy and quiet place very close to the center , the reception ladies was very helpful, the house keeping as well the staff amazing , I loved this hotal every this is the 6 time I came to sane place

We loved that the location was relatively quiet compared to the more touristy areas but very close walking distance to just about everything. After dealing with so many crowds, coming back to “our street” was welcome respite. The property was clean, well appointed and breakfast was delightful. A special thank you to Moura ( our breakfast hostess) for being particularly lovely. Both of the ladies in reception were equally helpful and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. The bed exceptionally comfortable.

It was warm in the room and we unable to turn on air for a couple of days. They were having a cool front so we opened windows and street noise was a little bothersome. The other negative was the very tiny bathroom. Not all rooms are the same so I know other rooms had larger bathrooms. The shower in our bath was so tiny it was difficult to maneuver in.

This is a very authentic hotel of epoca, walk-able distance to the city center and to any touristic/museum area and restaurants. Good and charming neighborhood that has a lot to offer. I love the high original ceiling of the room with the high windows that allow to see a bit of the blue sky on the morning and the authentic bathroom. The shower was huge, two individual can fit. Just love it all!! The bed was super comfortable and the room very big for one person and clean as well as the bathroom. I felt very welcomed - the staff of the hotels both at the reception and at the breakfast were very nice, polite and very willing to assist with all my queries and requests. The breakfast was delicious and fresh - various choices in term of cake including croissants, pain aux chocolate, fruits, cheese, yahourt and very nice bread!! Viviana was adorable and shared good tips mainly restaurants near by - I've tested few of them - those were good recommendations. Viviana had a very special attention for the day of my birthday: after wishing me on the morning happy birthday and back to the room on the evening a surprise gift was waiting for me in my room - Very adorable attention. Thank you again for contributing and make me feel a bit more special on that day Viviana!!
