Large spaces. Really high ceilings.

A bit old looking, which is expected due to the style.

Great location away from the crowds but still close enough to everything. There are four suites co-located in a section of this building. Convenient if traveling with other couples. Beds are very comfortable. Probably the nicest we had during our stay in Italy.

The suite we stayed in has only one window facing a courtyard. The building itself has other tenants and one has a very loud party into the night. Management allows us to sleep in the vacant suite across the hall - which was completely silent - and for that we are grateful. I’d be concerned about this suite if the others were all occupied. But a big thumbs up to management for their quick response at a late hour. I can’t recommend this particular suite but the others are very nice.

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The front of house staff (we met 3 different ladies on 3 different shifts) who were always so well informed, well spoken and knew exactly where to send us for dinner or lunches. It was a wonderful stay in the best of the city (Santo Spirito) and wow what a room! The location was incredible too. Just a short walk and you are at the river and a short walk from the Uffizi Gallery

Amazing historic room with very nice comodities. The location is 2 minutes to Vechio bridge with lot´s of places to know nearby. A very special thanks to the amazing recepcion , super nice, friendly , with a big smile provided all the information and suggested some amazing places also . Many thanks for caring :)

Excellent location within 100m walk to the Arno River and 2 minutes further to the Ponte Vecchio. A quick stroll into town, with all the restaurants and shopping within minutes of the location. Nice expansive room with a large shower/bathroom and plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bedding. Without parking available on site, the attendant from the garage was there to park your car within minutes and also retrieve the car within minutes. This was organised through the property prior to check in

The property was very nicely located close to center of Provence without being in the middle of the crowd. The rooms were clean, renovated and well maintained! There is a nice love story behind this historical building waiting for you to discover. Going through the building, the lift, stairs are all part of living the Provence experience. In addition we had an amazing hostess, Inga, she was the highlight of the stay. Her service level, sense of humor and attention to details were simply amazing!!

Do not expect a big fancy hotel with a grandiose entrance. It is more of a private residence with a private butler service. Simply can’t find anything that I didn’t like about it.

The reception desk staff was lovely and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. You do have to walk across the street to their other property for breakfast but it’s really a small cobblestone street and it’s no bother. The room was very large, very comfortable, and the AC was very strong. It’s in a great location for walking around the center of Florence.

I didn’t realize it was going to be more of a bed and breakfast and not a full service hotel. But it turned out very nice because it felt like a cross between a hotel and a private apartment or Airbnb. The place is on the 2nd floor of a historic building and when you walk in there’s a reception desk, a few chairs / lobby and about 4 separate rooms. By the end of our stay I had really come to appreciate the privacy and the staff was extremely lovely.

The staff at Palazzo Bianca are exceptional. Organising tickets for attractions, recommending restaurants etc. a truly amazing host. The room we stayed (prestige suite) in was exceptional. Large, comfortable and very well appointed. Spacious and welcoming. Finished to a very high standard. The bed was massive and full of soft cushions and pillows. A decent, if basically stocked minibar, with free tea/coffee as expected. We didn’t try the breakfast, but assume good things. Although note, it’s not in the same building, it’s in the palazzo across the way. It appears to be a standard continental buffet. However on recommendation from the staff we tried this lovely little caffe/bar up the road and it was lovely and good value. The shower was to die for, large rainfall shower head, powerful, spacious, the bathroom overall was stunning. The building is truly a work of art, being historically linked to some of Florence’s most influential families. The location was perfect, just off the main path, so easily within walking distance of most of Florence, while being a little hidden from most of the tourists and hustle and bustle, making for a more quiet stay. A want to reiterate, how amazing the staff are, easily a large influence on the stay and it’s value and enjoyment.

We loved our stay, and would happily stay again. However, the only downside of staying in a room like ours in such an old building is the lack of natural light coming into the room. It makes for a slightly dark stay. Even with the lights and lamps on. The room is slightly darkly furnished and set up in a moody/romantic/ cosy way. So it does make for a slightly dark room. The bed, while very large is slightly firmer than ideal. Although this is a trend in hotels in Italy. So not entirely surprising or unique to this establishment.

We loved the history of the property plus its location. Close to bars and restaurants plus shopping. The staff were fantastic always willing to help you and always met yr needs. Would highly recommend a stay there if travelling to Florence.

gorgeous boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, small (only four rooms), helpful staff who were very helpful, soap/shampoo provided smelled amazing. fantastic location.

these are nitpicky was we loved the hotel. bed was ok, but could have been more comfortable. The prestige suite didn't have any windows at eye level.
