It was simple to collect keys via the digital code. The room was spacious and had almost all the amenities needed. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Communication from the host was excellent. The showers were a bit too small, but we managed. It was closer to all of the best locations by foot. We walked everywhere within 10-15 minutes. It was a great space for our kids.

On the booking, very few remarks about no lift. It took a lot of work to get the luggage up—no bottle opener in a country where all wine bottles do not have screw-top lids. The host tried to get us one, but it was too late. Regardless, we will book here again.

Absolutely gorgeous villa in the Oltrarno - the quiet part of Florence, but only 1 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, 1 minute from Pitti/ Boboli, 10 minutes from Duomo. Vintage shops, antiques, hip bars, local trattorias all around. Friendly and easy communication with Numa hosts. Air conditioning a bonus! Shutters close at night to keep out early morning light and most of the street noise. Will definitely use Numa again for stays throughout Europe.

I thought we booked one of the frescoed rooms, but our room was all white-washed. Absolutely lovely room, though.

The most beautiful authentic Italian palazzo with stunning frescoes in an ideal location. The children especially loved the ‘secret door’ leading to their bedroom. There was a great piazza around the corner with excellent restaurants and bars which was filled with locals at night creating a fantastic atmosphere. I am very particular about where we stay based on cleanliness, amenities, quality of furnishings, comfort and location, and this beautiful palazzo was perfect in every way. The WhatsApp communication was fantastic too and very prompt with seamless check in.

Even though it was not quite what we expected (the 2nd bedroom actually being the entrance hall) it was in an ideal location & was excellent value for the money. We were on the 2nd floor & the number of steps we needed to climb mean it is definitely not a property for less mobile guests. We also found our neighbours noisy until late in the night. Not the fault of Numa, but may be a gentle reminder to show consideration to others. A few 'homely' touches needed in the main living space to make it more inviting would also help. Overall though, I would use the company again.

The check in process, the room itself and the location are fantastic. The room itself is very large and the wifi was strong. Easy to replenish coffee pods etc from the stocks in the basement. There was also a washer and dryer in the basement which was free to use and was a blessing to be able to do laundry after a week of exploring. The location is just around the corner from Palazzo Pitti and is an easy walk to other sites.

My room was on the ground floor near the entrance door and everytime someone used the front door's acces code to unlock the door it would buzz loudly and I could hear it clearly in my room. Also the windows face the street outside and you will hear all the traffic and chatter from folks outside. That's more an FYI for anyone staying on the ground floor. The location made up for it though!

Great property. Well equipped kitchenette, smallish serviceable bathrooms, comfortable beds. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the river and historic centre and amongst a great selection of eateries. The Lungarno Garage worked a treat, an easy walk less than 200 meters from the apartment.

The upper apartments are reached by stairs, not an issue for us but could be for others less fit. The apartment is on a narrow historic laneway (beautiful) and the sound bounces up so could be a problem for light sleepers.

Great location near some very good sandwich and gelato shops that are also rather cheap. Within a 10 minute walk you're in the northern part of the city. The studio itself was pretty clean, spacious and also the high ceiling made it feel pretty big. The frontdoor and door to the studio uses your own personal unique pin code so no need to keep an app or token with you during your trip which is really nice. Also the contact with the owner was really quick and pleasant through WhatsApp. Majority is automated but our question required a real human. This took only about 5 minutes and the help was really fast and kind.

We had room 002 which is on the ground level so quite some noise from the streets and the main access door comes through. Not the worst but that was pretty much the only downside for us.

the accommodation was excellent. a wonderful studio, furniture, furnishings. of the nuances - you need to be prepared for the noise of the city, the apartments were on the first floor and everyone's rustling was very audible. also around the corner there are several bars and restaurants, at night young people had fun. separately before the trip, study the map of the movement around the city: there is a problem with parking and movement in a closed zone.

The first apartment we were given was on the second floor, which was quite challenging for my elderly parents. However, the management was extremely kind and accommodating, and they promptly moved us to a ground-floor apartment. The new apartment was perfect ,it comfortably fit the four of us. That said, while it does accommodate four people, it would definitely feel more spacious and comfortable for two.

The location is excellent. A quiet street that is just two minutes away from bus, taxi and restaurants. 5 minutes to cross the bridge over to the tourist attractions. The first floor apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchenette worked well.

The lighting was very dim in the main room. It was night when we checked in and it was not a good first impression. Also the wifi was down one night and it was only fixed the next afternoon. Finally, the dryer would sometimes stop midway so we had to go and check up on it
