Super Location!! You get the real flavor of Renaissance Florence!! By all means go to the old bridge in the evening. The hotel staff were very cooperative and accommodated additional request like providing us with a tea kettle and tea cups. Deeply appreciated.

For the Old Bridge B&B, the stairwell and lift entrance can be better lighted. A motion sensing light in these places would be very helpful. The hanger rod in the closet was too high. No other complaints. :-)

Carolina was so good at helping us to get around with map and directions that she had papered for us. Andrea communicated like for restaurant suggestions and places to have a drink, also super helpful with all that info, walkable everywhere and parking lot was pretty easy and safe to keep our car there. Place was really clean and bed ,well you will sleep like a baby. Thank you guys this place was neat clean and communication was amazing, we will be back!100% to Carolina and Andrea

Jet jacuzzi function is not available but understandable since Rome has a very specific way for electricity, but you can still use the tub! Itwss super clean

Everything. It's a lovely quiet building in a great location ,with access to the beautiful main hotel across the road (for breakfast and reception) just adding to the stay . We were checking out on the day of the tour de france starting in florence and the staff were excellent ,as they let us store our luggage and use the washroom facilities whilst we waited and watched the tour depart .

The location was key. The friendly staff at reception were very informative and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (& great variety) with supreme 360 rooftop view of the city.

Perfect location next to Ponte Vecchio. Reception and bedroom staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. Extremely comfortable bed. We booked a room in a b&b opposite the hotel and were upgraded to a hotel room

We really enjoyed staying in here. Our room was spacious even with a Cot, the decoration is modern and our bed was comfortable. Location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not an Italian Style but you have lots to choose from. The view from the rooftop is great!

The reception and breakfast is in a different building across the street, we didn’t care about this cos we read all the comments. there is a very bad small of sewer in the aisle that leads to the bedrooms but we didn’t get the bad smell in our room.

The property was in a very good location. Within walking distance to the Uffizi Museum and the local restaurants. The staff was very nice. They arranged a taxi to be at the hotel within minutes of asking.

It would have been great to have a little larger bathroom but it was not a problem.

Fabulous location within easy walking distance of all the sights. The staff were so friendly especially Manuelo who went out of his way to help us park our motorbike and helped with the luggage. The sky bar is well worth a visit and the breakfast was amazing
