The location is unbeatable! Just across the Ponte Vecchio in Oltrano, the apartment is just steps from good little bistros, the Palazzo Pitti, and some of the best gelato ever (tucked down a side street around the corner). The property is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and there is a peekaboo view of the Boboli Gardens!

I found the washer easy but the dryer features alluded me. Imagine being bested by a clothes dryer!

Very clean, beautiful room!! Very close to the vecchio bridge. Quieter than the middle of city, but still 5 mins walk to over the bridge. Strong aircon in 38 degree outside was really nice. Room is very big, the kitchen is very clean and easy to use. Bathroom is also very clean. Groceriy store near by with variety of deli food. Beautiful shops on the same street. Great communication and friendly staff!!♥️♥️ Luggage storage was very helpful. The staff even helped us with calling taxi. Easy contactless access to the room. The beautiful heritage lift was still in good condition. We loved it 😍

Great location. Loved the 2 rooms which we shared with another couple and had the whole floor to ourselves. Great view . Clean, modern spacious apartment.

Just a couple of things which meant it wasn’t quite five star. The hot water ran out on several occasions. No espresso coffee cups provided and no replacement garbage bags. Just a bit noisy due to location in busy area.

Excellent location 4 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, opposite the Palace. Rustic building with craft shops downstairs, and great restaurants very near (google maps ratings are your friend). Access is fully automated. The room is very well equipped with kitchen and cooking pans, it even has a yoga mat and space to spread it. I've not used an induction hob like that one before, and the staff were very helpful quickly sending me a video to figure out how to turn it on.

For some reason I thought it would have a washing machine but it didn't. The photos on the website are from the best room with a panoramic view over the city roofs (and a washing machine), and I'm so used to photos on Booking.com being accurate to the actual room, that I missed the small print that not all the rooms have a panoramic view nor do they all have a washing machine. It's still a great place to stay, and I'm not accusing Bob of being misleading, just remember to read the small print about the room you're actually booking or adjust your expectations on the day.

It was great having such a big space to live in for a few days. Although this is 100% self check-in, the behind-the-scenes concierge staff made us feel welcome and at home with thoughtful touches like a hand-written card on the table. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was good…. in certain aspects. It was not so good in others, like the street noise. We knew this going into it, but still. You’ll hear people yelling all night, and motorcycles racing up and down the narrow street. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom in comparison to the rest of the space is ridiculously small. Forget about two people trying to get ready at the same time in there!

Location was great and not to far from the main attractions. Host was very responsive 24/7 and kept the place extremely clean. Enjoyed staying here but there was just one issue. It is on a busy street so there is a lot of noise at night so it is very hard to sleep...Again, the location is great, but if you want to sleep at night, it will be tough as you will hear cars/bikes/truck and people talking loud throughout the night. there are shutters but they were locked and needed to ask host to bring them down but once down locked again which didn't help much for the noise.

Everything was great, but it would have been nice to know it would be noisy at night with trucks/bikes/cars and people, as we did not get much sleep during our four-night stay. To be honest, if I had known, we would not have booked this place. sorry but I think people need to know that this is the only bad thing about staying here. we even tried using earplugs offered by the host but that didn't help.

Great location! You are in the middle of the city! It was easy to park at the Lungarno parking, but you need to book beforehand. Breakfast location was very close and the food and the coffee were delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped well. We did not meet any staff in person but they were very fast in communication over WhatsApp and very supportive.

There is basically no insulation and very noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, good luck.. but earplugs are provided and you can partially solve the issue.

The location was great! Just across Ponte Vecchio on the “calmer” side of the river. The apt was on 4 th floor which was a hike but we were fine. There’s a luggage lift which was great! The apt was spacious w lots of windows and natural light. The queen bed was firm which I prefer. Living room was spacious. The bonus is a small in unit washer that is also a dryer- a single unit! It was perfect to do small loads. Any questions I had were via text and were answered promptly. Great experience! As for location, we were 5 minute walk to Boboli Gardens and 10 minute walk to Duomo. Ponte Vecchio bridge was right around the corner- a minute walk. When we left, we actually walked to Santa Maria train station which was about 20 minutes- saved $30+ taxi fare by walking. Great experience!

A bench in front entry or folding luggage racks would be nice. There’s no where to really open luggage except on the floor.

Spacious studio located in prime location, got all we need including great breakfast in the surrounding cafe’s, elevator available and very friendly staff got us checked in smoothly prior actual check in time, i like the branding by W bob and how they manage in a smart way the property using the webpage as a reception that has even attractions around, thank you for making my trip smooth and enjoyable.

Once the smart locks was not working we got stuck for about 10min however solved remotely through whatsapp comunication with the host and they managed to unlock the door.

It was so easy to check in and had nah storage which is always super helpful. The balcony was lovely to sit out and relax on and the bed was very comfortable! Everything thought well planned from the little carry bag, the Polaroid picture and the included song playlist for the shower. We would definitely come stay again.

The shower head was a little bit broken when you would switch it to the second mode. Washing machine was set to wash on cold yet still washed with hot water which was disappointing as we had some clothes that needed to be cold wash only. Still loved our stay though!
