The apartment was beautiful and spacious with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The location was very central, right near the Ponte Vecchio.

The only improvement to be made would be a blackout shade for the skylight over the bed. Then it would be perfect.

Property was clean and spacious. We arrived around the time we said we would and our room was ready. It was right above the street that leads up to the Ponte Vecchio. Water pressure was great. Has a small kitchenette with fridge, coffeemaker, utensils, cups, and bottle opener. Property was right next to the street of the Ponte Vecchio which would explain why you hear noise throughout the day and some parts of the night. If you don’t want noise, I would personally advise against staying here. Overall we liked the place and its location to everything. The cobble stone streets nearby are tough on the luggage so luckily we were able to route ourselves a different way to the train station

With the Ponte Vecchio just round the corner, the apartment couldn’t be more central. All the major Florentine landmarks are at walking distance, as were the train station, shops and several excellent restaurants. Being so centrally located, the hustle and bustle of the city is part of the experience but the noise always quieted down by dinner time. Everything was clean and functional on arrival and I appreciate that the manager went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Nothing much to add here, except perhaps that I wished the towels were changed more frequently as there was little space to dry the used ones.

This property is located in the heart of Florence near Ponte Vecchio. We walked everywhere we wanted to experience. It is an easy walk from the train station. There are many great restaurants close by. The apartment is quiet, roomy and comfortable. The living area, kitchen,a bedroom, and bathroom are on the main floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The beds were comfortable, the showers were sufficiently hot and air conditioning worked as it should. The apartment was well fitted with the kitchen implements we needed for our 4 night stay. Our host was responsive and was quick to make sure our stay was a positive experience. This is an apartment that we will consider again should we find ourselves in Florence.

The listing is for multiple units in this building. The listing may lead one to believe there is a patio, however this particular apartment did not have a patio. There is an elevator, however one must walk up two floors of stairs from ground level to access the elevator. Our stay was not negatively impacted by either of these items. We were a group of 4 in the over 65 age group.

Love the view and the balcony. So nice to sit and watch the world go by having a glass of wine. The bed was comfortable and bathroom a decent size. It was walkable to all local spots and such a treat to be able to walk to the Ponte Vecchio at the end of the street. Definitely head to the roof top bar nextdoor inside the hotel, ‘La Terrazza’ for a cocktail or yummy Rose. We greatly appreciated cristiano allowing us to leave our baggage so we could explore a bit more before our train ride to Rome.

Perfecttttt location. I loved it. So easy to get around to different areas at good walking distance. Room had plenty of space for 2 people which was nice. Lots of natural light and was clean.

Shower door abit hard to close where some water can come out if not careful.

Room is nicely decorated and all amenities are new and super clean. Position is as closest to Ponte vecchio as you can be, unless you want to sleep on the bridge itself:). It is around 10 to 15 minutes walking from all most famous places, like Giotto tour and even less to Uffizi museum

Perfect location right on the doorstep of the Ponte Vecchio. Plenty of space and great facilities to unwind after a day of exploring. Washing machine was very handy as well. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony having a glass of wine and people watching before heading out for dinner. We can highly recommend. Close to all of the major attractions and landmarks

We loved our stay here, right next to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was modern, good as new, nicely decorated, pristine, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. In the 100F+ heat of Florence we really appreciated the air conditioning. We also loved late in the evening to sit on the balcony with a Prosecco and just watch the world go by. Cristiano and Fiammetta were welcoming responsive and pleasant at all times. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful city by the river.

This apartment is like you are in "Ponte Vecchio" so close to the river and you do not have the noise of the city as it is soundproof so we had a great rest. The staff was very educated and kind and they came almost every day to clean as in a hotel. The terrace was amazing and we used it a lot. I love the split level as my husband sometimes snores and I asked for a bed in the living room and it appeared there straight away. Very helpful people.

The table in the dining room needs an adjustment is wobbling a lot only that! The rest was perfect!!!
