We had a spacious but cosy room with a large bathroom. It was very clean with all facilities including a coffee machine and fridge. Luggage storage was available too even though it's a small property. The room was made up every day. The staff were super nice and. helpful. The location is perfect and we walked to all attractions and the train station. Although the street was very busy, we couldn't tell once we were inside. We also had a surprise when on New Year's eve we found 2 complimentary small bottles of Prosecco and two small panettone awaiting us in the room:)

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and they changed our bed sheets and towels. The location was perfect. The room is next to most of the monuments so you can go anywhere by foot in short time! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Also, there is a place to leave your staff after the check our which was very helpful as we wanted to go around Florence before leaving! I would recommend staying at Signora 64 and when we visit Florence again we know where to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here, I did not expect to have this type of place right in the middle of Florence ! Firstly, great communication throughout and we arranged to leave our bags once we arrive. We were pleasantly received and had an information pack awaiting us. The kindness from the hotel staff and professionalism was 5 star. We took the recommendations and visited one of the most beautiful restaurants in Florence. Our stay was lovely. The room / suite was spacious, the bathroom spacious, we had extra towels, there was a coffee machine in the room. It was all we needed. The location is about 12-15 min walk from the train station, and the same from the tram which takes you directly to the airport - highly recommend as it’s easy and cheap. The place is a few steps away from Ponte Vechio and beautiful sights. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Florence. We travel alot and this experience really stands out for us. Thank you !

Located steps from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery in the heart of the old town, this guest house is walking distance to the train station and all the major sights of Florence. Despite how busy the area is, the room is very quiet, and the central location makes it easy to take a break during a busy day of sight-seeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the good-sized room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not available, but with a fridge and coffee machine provided in the room we were able to make our own breakfast in the room. Having a lift in the building is a huge bonus.

Very convenient location, next to Ponte Vecchio. Room was clean and spacious. Lovely large bathroom. Coffee/tea facilities in the room. Water was provided and a bonus, chocolates and cantucini biscuits. Chiara also provided a list of restaurants/coffee shops/supermarkets/pharmacies etc It’s a busy, noisy street but the double glazed windows didn’t allow for the noise to travel, great bonus 👍👍👍👍 It was very hot but the aircon worked really well. We could leave bags before we caught our plane, this was very helpful. We had a lovely stay.

This is a great little place near the open-air market, about a block from the Piazza della Dognoria with the replica of the David statue, and mere blocks from the major cathedral, Santa Maria del Fiore. It was also a fairly short walk from and to the train station. The room was very comfortable and adequately big for all our suitcases (4). The bath was very luxurious with a waterfall shower, a bidet, and plenty of space to move around in. The hairdryer was a little anemic but otherwise it was great. The room is part of a suite of rooms in like a very small hotel on the third floor (three flights up) of an office building right next to the Lush Cosmetics store. In fact, the stairwell has a strong smell because Lush stores their inventory behind the office space. There is an elevator so you're not lugging your bags up three flights. The ability to enter after hours using a keypad and having our room keys waiting for us was a pleasant experience after a full day of sightseeing and traveling. Because we were close to the touristy places it was easy to find good places to eat between touring. Always check out the side streets to find some hidden gems. Highly recommend this spot for your next visit to Florence!

When entering the small hotel entryway there was a small step that got me multiple times; once I almost face planted. I had to remind myself the step was there every time.

Location !!! Everything is within 15 minutes walking. Good instructions to find the place, Thank you for not putting the towels on the bed. Some people drag the suitcase everywhere and then put it on the beds. There is a shelf to put the luggage and a luggage rack. The cascade shower and hot water are superb, good towels, nice toiletries, free bottles of water, and the view of the street is nice, quiet. It is a hybrid between hotel and Airbnb, so personnel is not there all the time, but I had no problems.

There is only one set of traditional keys. The room can not be locked without them, so there is a problem when there are two people and they want to go out or come back at different times. Electronic keys are so convenient! Small suggestions: It'd be more practical to remove the mat, carpet, or fabric cover from the entrance shelf. The outlet next to the coffee maker needs to be horizontal. As it is now, the chargers slide out.

The property was very clean and bright and the hosts (2 lovely romanian ladies) gave us a warm welcome! We had coffee, tea and local biscuits available in the room, but most important the location is great, we were close to most of the important attractions: 2 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, 2 min to Palazzo Vecchio, 5 min to Uffizi Galleries, 8 min Piazza del Duomo and 3 min to Caffe dell’ Oro - very good coffee :)

The apartment is very close to several of the most important sights in the city - less than 5 minutes away from Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and around 5-10 minutes from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Basilica di San Lorenzo. In terms of facilities, it was equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was also cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We will certainly return when we visit this beautiful city again!

It was on a main street within 10-15 minutes walk of the Ufizzi, the Vecchio, Palace, Il Duomo, and the pitti palace, plus many markets. It was a small property, very clean, and recently opened so everything was new.

Since it was over shops, it could be noisy - nothing that earplugs wouldn’t overcome. Whoever the noise from within the apartment could be a lot. Fortunately, there are only about six suites and there was little come and go from other guests; however, you knew when somebody was coming in the front door or going back out. And the other guests were not rowdy or obnoxious, quietly entering and exiting. Also, this is a small property and the desk is not staffed 24x7 or even 12x7. Think of it as a BnB where the host is sometimes onsite. No problem if you tell them when you will arrive or make arrangements ahead of time.
