I really liked the feel of Signoria! It was super clean, staff were very friendly and warm. Our room was cleaned whenever we left for the day which was lovely. My partner was on crutches so it was great that there was an elevator available. The AC was perfect for those super hot days while on holiday, which leads me into the hotel location! It's so central in the city so it was so easy to pop back if we were tired or needed to freshen up.

It would've been great if each room as its own iron and ironing board, but one if available to share among guests. Also if the rooms had a length mirror to see your full outfit would have perfect. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The property manager and staff Alexandra were exceptionally generous and helpful when I arrived from the airport losing one bag that contained my passport and wallet, among other important items. Not only they offered immediate help by contacting related agencies to report my loss, but also offered me cash so I could have dinner and buy some necessities that I had lost. I was very touched and impressed. Highly recommend it. The location is great and at night it was quiet. They provided ready follow up and information for check in. I’d stay here again next time I come to Venice.

We had a spacious but cosy room with a large bathroom. It was very clean with all facilities including a coffee machine and fridge. Luggage storage was available too even though it's a small property. The room was made up every day. The staff were super nice and. helpful. The location is perfect and we walked to all attractions and the train station. Although the street was very busy, we couldn't tell once we were inside. We also had a surprise when on New Year's eve we found 2 complimentary small bottles of Prosecco and two small panettone awaiting us in the room:)

We absolutely loved our stay here, I did not expect to have this type of place right in the middle of Florence ! Firstly, great communication throughout and we arranged to leave our bags once we arrive. We were pleasantly received and had an information pack awaiting us. The kindness from the hotel staff and professionalism was 5 star. We took the recommendations and visited one of the most beautiful restaurants in Florence. Our stay was lovely. The room / suite was spacious, the bathroom spacious, we had extra towels, there was a coffee machine in the room. It was all we needed. The location is about 12-15 min walk from the train station, and the same from the tram which takes you directly to the airport - highly recommend as it’s easy and cheap. The place is a few steps away from Ponte Vechio and beautiful sights. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Florence. We travel alot and this experience really stands out for us. Thank you !

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and they changed our bed sheets and towels. The location was perfect. The room is next to most of the monuments so you can go anywhere by foot in short time! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Also, there is a place to leave your staff after the check our which was very helpful as we wanted to go around Florence before leaving! I would recommend staying at Signora 64 and when we visit Florence again we know where to stay!

Unbeatable location, great staff, easy check in, would 100% stay again next time we visit Florence! 5 min taxi from the train station with everything on your doorstep but quiet once you’re inside. Elevator made life easy with our three suitcases! Room was fabulous, very comfortable and well air conditioned. Bathroom was a great size. Brilliant stay, thank you!

Very convenient location, next to Ponte Vecchio. Room was clean and spacious. Lovely large bathroom. Coffee/tea facilities in the room. Water was provided and a bonus, chocolates and cantucini biscuits. Chiara also provided a list of restaurants/coffee shops/supermarkets/pharmacies etc It’s a busy, noisy street but the double glazed windows didn’t allow for the noise to travel, great bonus 👍👍👍👍 It was very hot but the aircon worked really well. We could leave bags before we caught our plane, this was very helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Located steps from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery in the heart of the old town, this guest house is walking distance to the train station and all the major sights of Florence. Despite how busy the area is, the room is very quiet, and the central location makes it easy to take a break during a busy day of sight-seeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the good-sized room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not available, but with a fridge and coffee machine provided in the room we were able to make our own breakfast in the room. Having a lift in the building is a huge bonus.

Amzing location, very kind and helpful staff, rooms exceptionally comfortable. The central air conditioning was perfect for maintaining a really pleasant environment in the room. The rooms were cleaned immacualtely daily with added extras like mini fridge with fresh water, coffee machine and biscotti in the room, making the stay even better. This is a great little place near the open-air market, about a block from the Piazza della Dognoria with the replica of the David statue, and mere blocks from the major cathedral, Santa Maria del Fiore. It was also a fairly short walk from and to the train station. The room was very comfortable and adequately big for all our suitcases (4). The bath was very luxurious with a waterfall shower, a bidet, and plenty of space to move around in. The hairdryer was a little anemic but otherwise it was great. The room is part of a suite of rooms in like a very small hotel on the third floor (three flights up) of an office building right next to the Lush Cosmetics store. In fact, the stairwell has a strong smell because Lush stores their inventory behind the office space. There is an elevator so you're not lugging your bags up three flights. The ability to enter after hours using a keypad and having our room keys waiting for us was a pleasant experience after a full day of sightseeing and traveling. Because we were close to the touristy places it was easy to find good places to eat between touring. Always check out the side streets to find some hidden gems. Highly recommend this spot for your next visit to Florence!

When entering the small hotel entryway there was a small step that got me multiple times; once I almost face planted. I had to remind myself the step was there every time.
