Clean, well-maintained, very close to attractions like Ponte Vecchio. Staff was very helpful. They have an elevator! 

There was no view but other than that it was fine. 

Location is great for walking all around Florence. From other trips to Florence I knew this area. However it was a bit difficult for taxis to find but I knew where to go or use the more well known street to the north of the piazza for reference.

It was more noisy late night and early morning than I would have liked - because there is a restaurant in the piazza and you could hear them dumping their glass bottles at odd hours. However I do travel with a sound machine so this helped. Our friends didn't hear this as to the location of their room versus where ours was. It was also a bit complicated with security buzzers/cards to get into the building but that could be viewed as a plus for some people.

The place was very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect - right in the centre, but on a quiet piazza. A great place to stay during your visit in Florence.

There are many mosquitos because the apartment is near the river. Maybe a mosquito net on the window will be a good idea.

Location - arguably best in Florence, and with two good Tuscan restaurants literally downstairs. And the nice and helpful staff. First visited in 2021, therefore came back, and will visit again

Minimal thing: nice and efficient bathroom, but could do with more hooks and shelves

The location was excellent. It was about 20 to 30 mins of walking (carrying your lagguages) to find the hotel from the train station. But the room was in the center of florence, next to the river, you got out of the room and you could start enjoying your day!

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. I wasn't able to sleep well and get some rest after so long walking distances. I feel the price was related to location, but it should have at least a decent mattress. The mattress was painful for my back :(. Another thing that I didn't like was the fact that the elevator was out of order when we arrived, and we had to lift them 3 floors. At least the receptionist gave us a hand :)

The location was good, walking distance to most attractions. A good selection of restaurants and bars were close by. Staff were very helpful with accessing laundry services, taxis and suggestions of restaurants.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

I just want to recommend this place to everyone! Nice reception guy who tell us everything about the city. Big and nice room. And the location is right at the heart of the city!

The bed...not totally comfy and single person..i wish for a smaller bed and more room space. Thus was a bit of a tight fit in bedroom, desk area and shower bathroom

Great location, very walkable area to be in. They gave complimentary water that was replenished every day and this was absolutely wonderful.

The elevator electrocuted my husband so there is faulty wiring somewhere.. also, at night when we would return from the day, the electricity would be out and the breakers in the room would need to be switched. Very odd.

Staff very friendly. They also were able to get me a reservation at a restaurant that I could not a reservation with. They gave me other good recommendations for restaurants.
