A beautiful, clean property! Great communication. The property is in a fantastic location.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the building work that happened during my stay. We were not informed of this. It woke us all up early each morning of our stay. Our room shook from the drilling and banging. We were really looking forward to relaxing mornings, but due to the noise, this couldn’t happen. I feel as if this should have been stated prior to booking to not lead to disappointment. If I had known this, we would have booked into a different location for our stay.

The amazing location and my view. Yes there are many stairs but I knew that and travel very light so no problem I loved staying in such a beautiful building I felt it added to the experience. The room and hallway were spotless and although no staff present when I had some questions before my arrival they instantly answered me.

They were doing some roof repairs so some scaffolding at the front entrance and some noise but very considerate with there work hours. A small fridge would make it perfect.

The location was great. Very central, everything is close. Great value for what we payed.

No specific complaints. The bed was a bit weird, it acted as a water bed. Everytime we moved it bounced, but we found it funny, so we cannot really complain. Also first night we were bitten by something, cannot tell if it was mosquitos or spiders or bed bugs, but was also not really an iinconvenience, I gave the owners heads up about that and they said they will check it for the future guests. We consider it part of the experience. :)

I really want to give this place an excellent rating across the board because it was nice and clean, spacious, and central but I can't give it full points because the wifi didn't work and that was a big problem. Otherwise, the location was great. I've travelled to Florence many times and stayed in lots of different places but in terms of the room, the cleanliness, the location, it is by far one of the best I've experienced. (Again, except for the wifi!)

I was VERY disappointed that the wifi did not work at all. I could barely use my phone and I could not even connect to any of the channels on the TV because there was absolutely no connection. I'm glad I didn't have too much work to do because that would have been a big problem staying there for 2 nights without any functioning wifi. I hope it gets fixed because I would love to come back.

Comfort, cleanliness and above all, location. Ideally situated in the centre of the city, with the Duomo and Uffizi within easy walking distance, and the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens just across the river via the Ponte Vecchio. The stairs were a challenge as we are both retirement age but this was well flagged in the description. I’m also very grateful to the staff for calling me immediately when they found a bank card I had dropped.

The location is excellent. Piazza della Signoria is literally around the corner, and both Piazza della Repubblica and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore are only a two-minute walk away. The room is cozy and clean. The bathroom isn’t new, but it’s clean and everything works well.

It’s important to note that this is the third floor of a historic building without an elevator, so carrying luggage up can be a bit challenging. Also, due to the central location, the street becomes lively very early in the morning. But that might be not a problem.

The location was impeccable. Can't beat being right in the centre of town. The apartment was clean and tidy, bathroom could have had a slightly better clean (hairs on walls, towels were stained) but it was otherwise fine. The host was friendly and allowed us an extra hour to check out. The room was not as noisy as other reviews mentioned - however the host left earplugs for us anyway. The AC unit was new and worked well which was a big plus as keeping the windows closed helps with the noise. We had no issues with the stairs - they are not small or narrow for European standards, just expect to climb a few floors, I would not recommend if you have elderly or disabled.

We had some issues with the door key system getting locked out of the apartment when the unlock system didn't work once, it was okay the majority of the time. The room would benefit from a mini fridge and then it would be perfect.

The room was just like shown in the pictures, big enough for a stay of a couple of days. The best part out of all, is the location: placed in the historical center of Florence, the room is at a walking distance from everything!

The bathroom was very small and didn’t have a bidet, which could be fine for a couple of days. However, what was really missing in the bathroom were big towels. I texted the owner about that, wondering if it could be possible to get some actual towels, but I was ignored.

I stayed in Olga's House with my brother for 2 nights. The room is located in a perfect spot, almost next to Piazza de la Signoria and Piazza de la Republica, just 4 minutes by walk from Ponte Vecchio Bridge and about 7 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo Cathredal). The room was clean, the heating was very good and the host suggested us some good places for launch or dinner. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit this unique city!!!

The location is great, very close to the Uffizi, and surprisingly quiet. The faciities were clean and the air conditioning worked well.

There are 80 steps to get to the 5th floor, which means people should be aware that you need to have young knees and stamina. It would have been good to actually state this. There was no refrigerator. The bedroom was small, but adequate, as were the bathroom facilities.
