The accommodation is in a fantastic location, right in the city center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in the building, which was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy the city without dragging our bags around before our train. Vanesa, the host, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the breakfast voucher for Rivoire - we received it in the room, but after ordering 2 coffees and 2 croissants, we still had to pay an extra €12. It might be better to have breakfast elsewhere.

Upon entry the lobby area was spotless and smelt very clean. The owner Vanessa was lovely to deal with and so very helpful! Our room was spotless and very clean when we checked in. Very spacious room, the bed is very comfortable along with comfortable sheets. Amenities such as communal kitchen, washing machine available. Private kettle and tea/ coffee available in apartment room.

Not a lot to dislike about this apartment! The only thing I can say is the drains in the bathroom possibly need cleaning. When showering it doesn’t drain properly and pools in the bottom and the smell from the bathroom when the exhaust fan isn’t turned on gets quite bad.

We loved the location of this property. Walking distance from many places. They had a washer in the common area which was a pleasant surprise. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags before check in.

We couldn’t get the tea kettle to work. Also they didn’t have any cups or glasses either in the room or in the common area. These are basic amenities especially for a place that provides kitchen area

The Owner Vanessa met us when we arrived and introduced us to the property and gave us suggestions of where to eat in Florence We received vouchers to go for coffee and pastry at a local restaurant for breakfast. The property is right at the heart of the tourist attractions and close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge to cross to the other side of the river. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. Is supposed to be an B&B offering an « italian breakfast ». What you get is just a coffee & a croissant that you have to eat standing up (to seat you have to pay. A bit disappointing …

Location was perfect!! Was great to have laundry. Very quiet and clean. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely stay again!

The main building hallway was very dark at night. I had to use a flashlight while carrying heavy luggage. Finding room 5 was challenging/could use some signage on the door to the kitchen to help. Also some instructions on how to exit the 4th floor doors from inside would be helpful as I had no idea how to get out. The kitchen was lovely and super clean, but didn’t have any plates or cups so made it unusable. My bed was comfortable but VERY squeaky. The shower curtain hooks got stuck at lot and made it hard to adjust the curtain. The floor got very very wet during a shower which used up towels quickly - a better shower curtain and hooks would help with this.

The host Vanesa was amazing - so kind and helpful! There are also great amenities here with a shared kitchen, washing machine, iron, fridge, etc. The room was small and simple but just what we needed for 2 nights in Florence. The location was perfect, so easy to walk to everywhere you need to go in Florence!

Everything was great but the room probably needs a deep clean. Small amount of old dirt on ceilings with a slight smell to the room but not bad enough that it caused any issues.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere (2-3 minutes to the Uffizi, 10 minutes to the train station) and was in a safe location. The facility was reliable and felt like home. Everything we were looking for was available. (kitchen, washing machine etc.) There was a television with access to Netflix and the wi-fi was fast. Dafne helped us with everything and we were able to contact her at any time. Before checking in, we were provided with a place to leave our bags, so we could travel comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and towels were clean. The view from our room was overlooking Fontana del Porcellino and the market. There was no noise from outside, we were able to sleep quietly and comfortably at night. For breakfast, you can get coffee and croissants from a nearby cafe. What we bought there was also delicious. Overall, we were very pleased. I would recommend it to everyone.

A towel hanger can be provided in the bathroom. There can be cups for tea and coffee in room.

The kindness of Dafne, who managed all my requests and questions, and was very helpful with an early check in. Thank you so much Dafne! The structure is confortable and has good spaces. The kitchen was quite useful. The breakfast consists in one capuccino and a cornetto , standing, not seating, at a historic cafe' in Piazza della Signoria: it's true that it is not much of a choice, but the quality of the coffee and of the cornetto was outstanding. I loved my breakfasts there. The mattress is fair, even though i would tecommend the owners to substitute them with some foam ones: they are much better, and cost no more than the cost of one night there (!)

Being at the very middle of Florence and its tourist life and movida, there is some noise even at night, expecially in the weekends. So, if you are of those people who need a perfect silence to get asleep, noise could be a problem.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable, good size bathroom. Property has communal kitchen and laundry facilities which were a godsend. Property also had a lift to make moving bags up 4 levels much easier.

Foyer of property very dark and quite hard to go up 4 flights of stairs in the dark. Foyer also had quite a pungent smell. These did not impact the actual room or the common areas where we stayed but did detract from the overall experience.
