What an amazing view…. Just wow! We had a birthday and the staff was ready to greet us for our celebration ✨ Fabio and his other worker were super attentive and coordinated our late arrival since we had lots of delays so we really appreciate his effective communication 🫶 As far as the stay…. It’s VERY central and you really cannot beat this view! You can walk literally anywhere and most main Florence interest points are right downstairs. 👌 Walking up in this listing was magical everyday. Our group stayed in the penthouse unit and had the Murphy bed and it was nice we could put it up during the day. So great for those who need two beds and a kitchen. Amenities were great from having the elevator to confortable beds and soft towels. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing! Thank you for hosting us ☺️🇮🇹

-located right by the main square and Uffizi museum, convenient to walk to all tourist attractions, but due to central location, can be very noisy and busy -17 min walk from Florence SMN train station and 30+ min walk from Florence Campo di Marte train station -lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, but mostly touristy

-front desk is not open 24 hours (closes at 5PM) so cannot store luggage after checkout -our room was on the first floor right by the front desk, so it was noisy at times but surprisingly quiet at night

Location is the best, cant ask for any better, view from window anytime was delightful, met our expectations and would recommend for anyone else wanting to stay in Florence

The location was right in the centre of Florence and really handy for the Ufizzi Gallery and all nearby attractions, we were only there for a short time so this was ideal as we could pop back to the apartment as and when needed. Also loved the rooftop terrace and spent our last night there enjoying the rooftop views. Would be really good value for 2 couples as our penthouse apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful, providing a list of recommended places to eat etc.

The lift could fit 3 people or 2 people with luggage, so sometimes that lead to a wait or alternatively using the stairs, however its surprising it had a lift at all due to the quirky nature of the building.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the city and restaurants within walking distance! It is about 10-15 walk away to Firenze Station but the path is relatively smooth and straightforward.

Property is dark in the corridors within building (you will have to turn the lights on) and entrance is hidden between restaurants so it was hard to find. Nonetheless it feels like an apartment which is good for stays. Note that check in is before 5pm so you will have to arrange with the host if you are running late!

Location, location,. location. Air conditioning and sound-proofing worked well, The elevator was better/larger than expected - room for 3-4 or 2 with large luggage. Receptionist/management was especially good.

Not as nice as pictures. Our room was called a "Deluxe Studio with view" - it was a basic room with dining/sitting area. Side view from 2 small windows in bedroom. Lighting and electric plug access could have been better. Kitchenette would have only worked for small, easy things - only stovetop, no microwave. No paper towels. Nice some coffee grounds were provided but no coffee machine/maker (just kettle). Nice slippers provided but a little strange without bathrobes.

Best location overlooking the Piazza Signoria with the Uffizi. Really great central location to walk to all main attractions. Staff were all really helpful. Really well set out room, very clean. Elevator to the floor below the penthouse, small amount of stairs to penthouse.

We were upgraded to the room on top floor with a balcony overlooking the historical square housing the original palace. You had to stand up to see over the roof to the square, but it was lovely. The second night, we were on the 5th floor. The room was larger, no balcony, and we actually preferred it. This is an old building that would have had to be gutted to modernize it - including an elevator. Everything was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is unbelievable. Convenient to everything. Such a walkable city. Lots of restaurants.

Location is amazing! You walk out the door into the Piazza Signoria with the Uffizi next door, Palazzo Vecchio in your view, many shops and restaurants around you in every direction and Ponte Vecchio down the street. Just a few minute walk to the Duomo, Central market and other destinations. It’s a short taxi ride to the S.M. Novella train station if you have too much luggage to walk it. Staff was friendly and price was very affordable. Unit had a small kitchenette as well.

The unit was clean but there was a strange smell in the unit when we arrived. Easily fixed by opening the door and window for a little while, so this really wasn’t an issue.

We like the room as it comes with a kitchenette and utensils and we were able to heat our food. The location is right at the heart of Piazza della Signora so it is very convenient. The room is tiny but we didn't mind.

It's not really what we didn't like but more of suggestions for the hotel. We had difficulty in locating the place at first, so we had to call the hotel. It would have been easier to find the hotel if there's a more prominent signage by the door or somewhere that can be easily seen/identified (upon checking the photos, there is a signage but a slightly bigger, more prominent one won't do any harm. Also, it would be useful to have more power outlets in the room.
