It was a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and the view of the Arno River was absolutely charming. Waking up in the mornings and opening the balcony door to that view was such a cool experience for a tourist. We especially enjoyed this amazing view at night. I believe this is one of the best hotels in Florence in terms of value for money. We were able to walk everywhere, and when we got tired from the crowds, we would stop by the hotel to rest. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends visiting Florence. Contrary to some reviews, I didn’t find the room too small — the high ceilings make it feel more spacious. 5/5!

We loved this property in Florence. The location was everything and the staff were very nice. The elevator made it easy getting all our luggage there. With the 3 doors before your in your room made it feel very safe. Lots of great shops literally as soon as you walk out of the building. The block out curtains made it easy to sleep in and we found the bed really comfortable.

It was noisy at night due to people gathering outside because it is in such a central location.

Great location, right on the river overlooking Pontevecchio. Room was good, A/C was great, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Second floor, but there is a lift. A little noise from the nightlife of the surrounding area, a great guitar and vocal performance somewhere further along the river… I count it as a positive, some may consider it a negative.

A little difficult to find… and had to walk from garage to hotel with luggage. Not far, just across the Pontevecchio. More a B&B than a hotel but they do have a reception desk but only seems to be staffed during check in/out. Bathroom is compact but well done. Secure location. Only thing the room really lacked was a chair!

Having sent an email to ask if my room had a view of the pontevecchio I received a couple if emails saying yes it does. Only to find it does not as per picture in the top right hand corner is a tiny bit if it. Also there is a large arch in the way and to look out I have 2 stone steps to climb to open the windows as per picture of the room. I was told by a member of staff that you can book it on line. There was no option on booking.com to do this. I only sent emails thru booking.com to ask and clarify my room had that view. A reply saying all rooms have view. This not so as per my picture. I was told only balconies have the view. So request a balcony and get that confirmed. However this did not distract my short break. As I only had to walk downstairs into the street to see it.

Very central, and the family/owners were very accommodating! They let us store our bags after check out so we could continue to explore. The room is basic but it is a clean, well lighted place. Great for a place to safely stay where you don’t need much from a hotel.

The bed linens were a little scarce but it made sense given the heat of July. I would have appreciated some information about driving into the city ahead of time- we couldn’t drop our bags before parking which was slightly inconvenient but not terrible given how close the parking garage was.

This beautiful place is just a 2-min. walk from Uffizi Galleries and with a stunning view of Ponte Vecchio. The staff were also prompt and very accommodating. Everything was functioning- television, heater, mini fridge, hair dryer and the one we’re happiest about- the smart toilet. Grazie mille e buon lavoro a tutti! ❤️

Location is fantastic and very close to Pontevecchio, can see it from the door! Was able to post items to the accommodation during our stay, which was very helpful. Hotel was a little hard to find, so I recommend looking at photos of the door before hand. We checked in after 7pm and had some issues, as no one was manning the front desk at this time, however staff service was good, once we did check in. Our room didn't have windows but the location made up for it.

The location was perfect and just the Firenze dream! The room was quite comfortable and very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The balcony won me over and I daydreamed away each afternoon!

The noise of the plumbing/toilet it probably can't be helped due to the age of the building. There are no drapes (only shear curtains) so the room is quite light and the street noise is very present, but kind of nice.

Great location, easy to find. Within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and tour meeting points. Beautiful view of the Pontevecchio bridge right outside your hotel. Room was comfortable, great air conditioning.

Only thing I can say is maybe more blankets and possibly a minibar would be useful but other than that, everything was nice.

Was clean and comfortable enough for 3 nights. Lift was a bonus for luggage up 2 flights. There was pay as you go coffee machine but plenty of café outside for breakfast n coffee. Situated right near ponte veccio for mass tourist invasion if you like.

Room was deluxe but fairy basic with a window you could not see out. Rather difficult to find in the dark if you not know where you going. Could use better signage out front! Other than that nothing.
