Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet: our room was at the front of the building but we heard very little noise at night. This is a key factor for me when choosing holiday accommodation and Beatrice excelled in this respect. Large walk-in shower with plentiful shampoo and shower gel. Very friendly and helpful young lady at reception (Beatrice?) told us about the history of the building and organised a taxi to the airport for us. Excellent location just across the river from central Florence. Santo Spirito is an interesting neighbourhood with a wide range of shops, cafes and places to eat.

Not really a major issue for us but.... Breakfast was a selection of pre-packed cakes and cookies left in the room - pretty typical for many B&Bs in Italy. (Note - there is a kettle and coffee pod machine in the room and a mini fridge) We went to a little cafe further along the street for breakfast.

The place was in an excellent location, across the bridge from most of the museums/Duomo area, while being in an area that felt slightly more local. There are great restaurant options just around the corner, as well as a famous rooftop bar and nice piazza. The staff has super helpful all the way and I think that this was excellent value. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Nice and super clean room, I'd even say stylish. Perfect location in a walking distance from all sightseeings and from the train station. And it's quiet! Hotel provided some snacks, juice, tea and coffee inside the room. The lady on the reception was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after moving out of the room.

There is no lift from the ground floor to the first floor. It was not a problem for us but if you have heavy luggage or some disabilities it may be an issue.

We loved staying here, it was a fabulous location, super clean and the lady that runs it was so helpful and welcoming!! It was so clean and there is a lovely square directly behind the apartment which has some lovely restaurants and a bar with reasonably priced drinks much cheaper than in town. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. I didn't want to get out of bed The fridge and coffee machine with pods and biscuits was a nice touch. We had some stairs to climb with our suitcases to the first floor, then there was a lift to get to the 2nd floor.. Location was good, about a 15/20 minute walk from the train station. Florence is very expensive and full of designer shops, which wasn't really up our street, so if you visit, you will need deep pockets.

The owners are amazing! The rooms are plenty big, beautifully decorated, with a small refrigerator in the room, nice size towels, small coffee maker. It’s in a perfect location, and asking distance to everything.

There are many steep stairs, but it’s Italy, so not much you can do about it.

The location was fantastic. It was pretty quiet at night. The check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean.

The shower room was very small. The aircon didn’t seem clean. The stairs to the room were very steep and there were no lights at night. There could have been more bathroom amenities (only shampoo and shower gel).

The lovely sisters, Francesca and Bea, were such a delight to work with. They helped with recommending restaurants and even offered to book the reservations. They also booked our taxi to airport. The location is perfect. Close to some many quaint restaurants and cute shops.

The building is authentic- which I loved, and the stairs are a great workout :)

The owner is very nice. The room was a nice size, with small fridge in the room and private bathroom with shower inside the room. There’s a small safe in the room for money and passports. It’s in a great location and there’s a wonderful pizza place around the corner.

There are some stairs, but that is to be expected in Italian buildings. There’s a lift to help with a flight of stairs.

Location was amazing, very clean, easy to find and right in the heart of Firenze, would certainly stay again if I returned! Towels in the bathroom were so soft and thick they were great! Fridge was brilliant in the room also great coffee machine.

Memory foam pillows and mattress topper aren’t the most comfortable but nothing major
