The location and decor is really beautiful. The cleaning staff of the property were really good and helpful.

The whole hotel is automated through a booking system, with self check in etc. There is no one physically present on the property to help with your reservation or any requests. Everything is done through a chatbot or messaging app to a call center in Germany. It’s an extremely impractical and often inconvenient experience. There are lockers on the property, however if you leave your luggage there after check out you can’t get back in to collect it as your PIN code at the door expires.

The location of this place is amazing. In a very well located area near many sites and places to eat. The building itself is beautiful and our room was a great size. Staff can also be contacted 24/7 immediately through Whatsapp.

A/C and heating cannot be changed or controlled by the visitor and instead controlled by a centralized system. Though this is a great idea environmentally, unfortunately when we went, it was quite warm at night and we couldn't open the windows due to many mosquitos in the area. Perhaps opt for a room that is a bit bigger too, as our room had small windows with not much light being let into the room.

Great to have three bathrooms. It was incredibly spacious and the location is absolutely fantastic. The laundry room was excellent and meant we could travel light. The team have thought of everything, there was water, tea and coffee supplied. It was a very good stay.

We have given this place 9 out of 10. It would be 10, but despite the very helpful (branded) ear plugs, the traffic at night was very loud in the front bedrooms. The skylight in the main room, where the sofa bed was, meant it was never dark enough to get a full night's sleep. But as soon as we had a coffee and cornetto at Gino's Bakery we were ready for a new day!

Perfect place for a short or medium length stay, location is hard to beat just up from Santo Spirito. Great little pizza place downstairs (to go wine!) and a cute cafe for breakfast just a few doors down. Able to store luggage ahead of check in and my room ended up being ready early. Had a top floor room that didn't share walls with anyone - great little view of the Pitti and light coming from multiple directions, beautiful fresco on the ceiling. AC worked great through a heat wave too. Whatsapp service for hotel needs was attentive and fast, I barely used but I imagine if you need more coffee or water for your room they'll resupply. Cozy bed ... two twins pushed together which migrated a bit but was quite comfy.

Not things that would deter me but good to know - there is no staircase and I had a room on floor 4 which was rough with luggage but otherwise barely noticed. Wasn't an issue for me but there's no regular turn down service so if you're expecting to have daily cleaning just be tidy.

Great stay in a vibrant area of Florence! Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the staff was very helpful and responsive via messages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very convenient — having three bathrooms was a big plus for our group of friends, as it saved us a lot of time getting ready. The beds were really large and comfortable. The location is excellent — in a lively area with lots of people and activity even at night, which we enjoyed. While it could be a bit noisy in the evenings, it didn't bother us, and the apartment even provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful time, and I’d definitely choose this place again when I return to Florence, whether with friends or family.

The Numa apartments are located just behind the Pitti palace within an easy walk to Florence’s main attractions. You can get to the Ponte Vecchio within five minutes and reach the Duomo in 15 minutes. The beautiful Boboli Gardens behind the Pitti palace are right next to you. The apartment we had was big and spacious and had an excellent views of the city. It was immaculately clean, had a comfortable bed and a great spacious tower. Numa offered great customer service and was always quick to respond to queries. The lack of an elevator could obviously be a problem for some. We would love to come back.

We were BLOWN AWAY by our experience at Numa Florence Felice. They did everything they could possibly have done to make our experience enjoyable and luxurious. We appreciated every tiny detail - the clear communication (from reservation to checking in and checking out), the ideal location, the beautiful building (which was perfectly clean and airconditioned, and smelled heavenly), the lockers (which allowed us to explore the city unencumbered before our check-in time), the room (spacious, tastefully decorated, very quiet and comfortable - with a minifridge to boot, so super practical), the common kitchen, the bathroom (great water pressure and temperature!), the AC (we often sought refuge in our room in the afternoons - they were scorching in Florence this time of year)... Everything was ABSOLUTELY perfect. We'll never forget it and will definitely be staying with Numa in other cities as well.

Nothing - they completely exceeded our expectations

The location is perfect, next to the pitti palace and the most scenic bridge into the old town, but far enough out that you aren't suffering the tourist prices or crowd for dinner each night. Also 1min from three bus routes to the train station. The room's design and architecture are amazing. All numas apartments have such good standards with the little fridge and tea and coffee bar, even spritz glasses as we are in italy. The luggage storage and toilet for when you arrive before check-in or if needed after check-out and laundry facilities were great amenities. The bed is comfy, though two singles not an actual double mattress. Soundproofing was good too and the room is spacious for two.

I was a bit confused about the heating, it seemed it and the ventilation weren't very effective, I say this especially because the bathroom had a somewhat musty smell, however, this smell was not always noticeable as housekeeping had clearly doused the room in deodoriser and its an old building so I wasn't really bothered.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. The room was spacious and peaceful. Modern and great bathroom. Super responsive staff via chat. It's great that the facility has its own lockers where you can leave your things before check-in/after check-out. We had to prolong our stay and the staff was extremely helpful by booking us the same room in which we were already staying.

It's not something that's easy to control, but the whole building is swamped with mosquitoes. We could not use our terrace due to the issue, and although we kept the windows constantly shut, mosquitoes found their way into the room, and it wasn't easy to sleep in those conditions.

Characterful room in a great location Santa spirito is a good neighbourhood with residentially priced restaurants. The tea provided was excellent. The room and building had its own charm The value for money was good.

There was a few issues that took a while to resolve, a broken corkscrew which meant we had to push the wine cork into the bottle. They replaced the following day but needed it on the arrival day ideally. Was a previous guest hair on the sofa I think we expected a kitchen of some sort due to the pictures. But still the room has a few useful things like the fridge/wine glasses etc.
