The staff was very efficient, attentive and pleasant, particularly Ingrid. She met us upon arrival, briefed us on the property, and gave us a lot of information regarding the area, maps, breakfast, etc. She continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We were provided assistance with making dinner reservations and retrieving taxis. All in all, the hotel made everything seem-less. The grounds around the Villa are well maintained and create a peaceful environment where guests can relax after a long day seeing the sites. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This was hands down my favorite stay during our trip to Italy! The location is ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat without being far from the action. It’s just a short, easy walk to the heart of Florence, so you get the best of both worlds—quiet when you need it, but close enough to explore the city. We were especially grateful for the ample parking, as we had a car, which made things much easier. The room itself was by far the largest we had during our entire stay in Italy—and absolutely beautiful. The host and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning, and the added charm of the dogs on the property was a lovely bonus. Little conveniences like selling bus tickets at the front desk added to the convenience. All in all, this place truly made our time in Florence unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Very charming historic residence, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished throughout Recently renovated bathroom with a good shower The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, but close enough to walk to the Boboli gardens and restaurants Obliging and helpful hosts Plenty of tasty breakfast options and the possibility of enjoying alcohol at the hotel in the afternoon Bus stops nearby if you are not wanting to walk to points of interest in the tourist district Pet friendly

There was a coffee pod machine supplied in the room, but if you prefer tea this is not included in the tariff and costs extra The plug in our bathtub did not seal so we were only able to shower As it is a historic residence, the lift is tiny (enough to fit two friendly adults or one adult and one suitcase) and all rooms are up 4-6 flights of stairs, be aware of this if you have mobility problems Having only one room key to open the front gate and elevator was somewhat restrictive

The villa is a beautiful converted family palatial home. I love the design, the art work and how it feels homely. Our terrace room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the trees and mountains. The hotel is really relaxing and only 15 - 20 minutes to central Florence. I love the tranquility. The service is excellent. The breakfast was delicious (I had scrambled eggs, speck ham and jam tart). The poodles are adorable and greet you when you arrive. I want to go back already..

Villa Nadi will be a memorable place for our family. The property was in walking distance to city centre, approx 10-15 min walk. Staff were wonderful, friendly and made our family feel comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We had a double and triple room, they were so comfortable and warm and very spacious. Loved staying there and being greeted by the 3 beautiful poodles , Hugo, Rose and Ed. Every morning was also a highlight to our stay.

Their was nothing to complain about absolutely an amazing place

The accommodations were amazing. Through back to a couple hundred years ago. The rooms were large even by USA standards. Beautiful grounds and building. Breakfast was outstanding! It was so nice to wake up to home cooked food, amazing coffee, fresh juice, local jams, meat, cheeses, eggs, pastries, the works. Court yard outside was neat. Use Uber in Florence. The taxi will take advantage and triple or quadruple their fair for out of town visitors. Has nothing to do with the B & B. The B&B was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

If there is a downside. It is 1/2 mile away from town and up a good size hill when walking.

The hotel was fantastic with very helpful and welcoming staff and owners. There is plenty of secure parking. Breakfast was as described with excellent pastries and hot food cooked to order. The hotel is authentic and was very clean.The hotel was well placed to explore Florence. A wonderful place to stay.

The only thing we would have liked was a kettle in the room to make our own tea and coffee. But that is a minor thing compared to how good the hotel was. The coffee machine made small, strong cups of black coffee.

A beautiful property in an ideal location to explore Florence . A 20 minute walk and you are in the city itself . Set in its own grounds , with secure off street parking . Beautiful garden and seating area outside . The Villa itself has been restored to a fantastic standard - authentic to its era but with all the modern facilities that you need . The room we had was comfortable and spotlessly clean . Attention to detail , from the dog bed provided for our pup , to the beautifully presented toiletries in the bathroom . The decor was fitting to the Villa , but also had a mini bar and excellent air conditioning, which we welcomed . The staff were very welcoming and had lots of information about exploring the area , maps , restaurants etc Breakfast was provided in the breakfast room . Lots of choice , including items pre ordered the night before that were then cooked fresh when you sat down to eat . One of the best things for dog lovers like ourselves were the three resident dogs . They greeted us and our dog on arrival, and our dog was able to play with them outside in the secure garden off lead . This property is truly dog friendly .
