Amazing location and very comfortable. Great friendly staff. Loved our stay.

The rooms needs a little cleaning ( the walls needs a wash, we saw a lot of dead insects smacked on the walls and curtains. But the beds and towels were super clean.

Extremely competitive rate (130 euro for 2 pax, including breakfast) when we had to change last-minute as our original recommendation let us down. Beautiful villa in green surroundings. Typical Italian decor: grandeur, but a little run down. Love it! Extremely friendly staff and plenty to choose from at breakfast, where you can look out to the small pool. The location is good - a bit further from downtown than some, but in a very nice leafy area more or less across the street from the Boboli gardens. Since Firenze is best done on foot, your walk just gets a little longer. Still only 15 min from the Ponte Vecchio.

For the price, really can't complain. The rooms and the hotel itself feel a bit dated, but I've paid much more for hotels that look way worse! Don't get me wrong: it's good and clean, but don't expect USB-C charging by the bedside, a rain shower or a 42" TV with Netflix or anything.

Location was great, only about 20 minutes walk from Florence city center. Room was spacious and very clean, en suite bathroom with bidet (!) and shower, also very clean with towels changed every day (we stayed 3 nights) without being asked. Breakfast was European and plentiful, fresh fruit, pastries as well as hot food like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The outdoor/pool area was well maintained and lovely to hang out at after a day of walking in the city in high temperatures, towels were provided and refreshments could be gotten on request, charged to the room.

Nothing, all was perfect. Could not recommend this hotel enough and would most certainly book there again for another city break in Florence.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street, and you can park your car in the yard, which is a valuable asset. It is a walking distance from the centre, but you can also take a bus for 1.50 euros/ ticket. You can buy tickets at the reception. The staff were very hepful when we didn't have small change.

The room was a bit outdated, but otherwise clean and comfortable. We undid the bedsheets that were fitted tight the Italian style, but they fitted it tight again the next day :-)

Large room, great staff. And the linens and the room weren’t covered in fragrances. They used free and clear or fragrance free laundry detergent which is very hard to find in a hotel these days. They didnt have scents sprayed anywhere, amazing! I was actually able to get a good nights sleep because I wasn’t covered in chemicals. And they had onsite parking! Loved this hotel, was the best placed I stayed in my entire trip.

Nothing everything was great

Don’t stay in noisy Florence downtown unless you are 18 yo and your desire is party till you drop down dead. This villa is an ideal escape from tourist hell. Parking, decent facilities, fair price. It’s a bit old-fashioned and used but whole Italy is like that unless you stay at Four Seasons

There is no 85” TV on the wall but who needs Netflix when you are staying in one of the greatest cities on Earth.

Very nice location near Boboli Gardens and short walk to the sights of Florence. Really enjoyed an afternoon after sightseeing lounging by the outdoor pool and going for a swim. Lovely hotel and I would definitely stay there again whenever I am in Florence.

Would of liked it if we could of purchased some snacks in the hotel lobby which would of been convenient.

The property itself was beautiful! Gives you a very luxurious vibe. The location is beautiful but far from city centre. So if you’re looking for something near the major attractions, this is not it. However, if you’re looking for an area where you can get amazing views, food and nature, this is the right hotel for you. The staff is amazing too! Especially Ahmad.

When you turn on the bathroom’s light, the annoying ventilation fan is also turned on automatically which is very that disturbed me. That’s it!

The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was good. It had car parking available on site which is a bonus as it can be quite difficult to get free parking nearby to accommodation in most places in Italy.

The trade off for having parking on site is that it is a 20-25 minute walk or more (depending on your walking pace) to the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo.

Staff at reception were very helpful with affording us information on the hotel and surrounding area.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing and the worst we had eaten in Florence. No fresh orange juice. Coffee instant from a machine. Croissants were not good. Fruit was not peeled chopped served like fresh fruit salad - while fruit which had to be peeled etc-
