Absolutely everything was fantastic! The owner was amazing, accommodating to all our needs, understanding and super friendly. The place itself is a dream come true for anyone seeking to relax in Tuscany. Close enough to all the regional must-see places but far away enough to find some rest and relaxation. The swimming pool with an amazing view was a gem for the kids and the apartment itself was easily big enough to accommodate 2+2 family, clean and equipped with everything needed for daily use, including dishwasher and coffee machine. Should you be looking for a place to stay in Tuscany, look no further, do yourself a favor and book this place. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic hosts - we were welcomed at the gate then helped with our luggage. Everything was clearly explained, and we were given suggestions as to where to dine, plus possible tourist attractions etc within the area. The pool was awesome - big, clean and refreshing with pool loungers available (but you need bug spray on if you want to spend time by the pool). Accommodation was comfortable and spacious. A laundry service was available for 5 euro/bag - 24-hour turnaround, but no washing machine available if we wanted to do our own. Great restaurants available within a short drive. Each set of guests were allotted a particular part of the garden, equipped with table & chairs, specifically for them, to ensure their privacy.

I would have preferred the option of doing my own laundry. It was hard to keep water inside the shower, with only a shower curtain and a very small shower. So, we had to mop up water after each shower. Pool towels would have been great.

This was the best place I've stayed in so far. Podere Vigliano is like heaven on Earth. Nice location, fantastic scenery, wonderful nature around, very well maintained yard with wonderful rest aria and very nice pool. The location of the villa is very good in the hearth of Tuscany. The villa is equiped with everything need for a comfort stay, the rooms are specious, but very cosy, all the athmosphere is gorgeous. The host, Nicolo, is a real treausure - very polite and responsive and yet not intrusive at all. I higly recommend this place and will visit it once again at first chance!

Podere Vigliano is a little slice of heaven set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, among adorable villages, vineyards and turrets as far as the eye can see. The view is but one perk - the pool, a welcome oasis after a long day of exploring, was an extremely welcome treat. Our apartment slept 4 of us extremely comfortably, in 2 bedrooms, with a full bathroom, and separate toilet. The kitchen is superbly equipped with stove top, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and we were most grateful for the washing machine after 10 days of travelling. Tastefully but simply furnished, the apartment was unbelievably cool in the Italian summer heat. The piece de resistance, however, is the property manager Niccolo. On arrival, he greeted us at the gate as though we were old friends, and there was nothing that was too much for him to accomplish on our behalf - more coffee needed? No problem, Niccolo’s on it. A dinner reservation? He’s got you. Friendly, professional and approachable, he is the perfect host.

We have been in Tuscany many times, and this location was the best stay ever: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean pool, well maintained surrounding olive garden. Every evening we found our grill already cleaned and ready to be used again. Best service ever! The owner was always available and helpful. We felt like home those two weeks. What an absolutely fantastic stay in beautiful Tuscany! The attention to detail, the atmosphere, the kindness at check-in, the complimentary bottle of wine, the pool, everything was fantastic from start to finish, truly. I 100% intend to return in the future. Oh, and the aircon in the bedrooms, excellent and needed for July! ;) It was also our dogs first holiday and she loved it!

There was nothing I would improve on.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, only half an hour's drive from Florence. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is obviously equipped with all the necessary things. The yard is beautiful to enjoy and relax. We didn't use the pool because of the bad weather. The host is very kind and was always available for all our questions. He gave us useful tips about visiting wineries and restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like was that there is a street next to the bedroom and cars can be heard at night, but that's not the owner's

Podere Vigliano is perfectly located to get all around the Chianti area, Sienna and Florence. It’s situated high overlooking a gorgeous valley of vines and trees. The view is stunning. Niccolo was so welcoming and helpful with ideas for restaurants and sites. Couldn’t have been nicer. The unit (2BR) was large and bright and clean. Very comfortable.

This is really not a big deal but it would have been great to arrive to a bottle of wine and a few necessities in the fridge. The coop is close but things like pepper, a few spices, olive oil, kitchen paper etc would have been nice-to-haves.

The host provided ample helpful information of the local area for eateries, shops, places to visit. He was always available by phone, WhatsApp etc with great communication skills. The layout of the property provided sufficient external spaces for all guests to use, ample parking with garden areas that were well kept. The pool area was impeccably kept making it feel a home from home. Also when we arrive there was a nice bottle of the local wine waiting for us left on our table. Thank you Nicole

There was nothing we didn’t like

The facilities were very good, comfortable bed, working air-conditioning (and oh my days we needed it). Shop was near buy for all your essentials, few restaurants scattered around. Our host Nico was very friendly and helpful at all times. Very comfortable stay.

We could have done with mosquito nets on windows and our kitchen lounge was extremely hot.
