It was a perfect apartment for a small family with a child. Very clean with everything you need. Swimming pool was just perfect and there were a lot of possibilities for excursions around the accommodation. We found a great play ground in Barberino Val d’Elsa. It is for all age categories and there is a bar for aperitivo or a small restaurant to eat right next to it. Our daughter loved it.

It is nothing against the accommodation, but you need a car for everything.

it would be nit picking but there was no tea/coffee in the room. basic stuff like oil, salt, sugar, tea and coffee should be there in the kitchen.

Stategic position to visit the area, pool a bonus at the end of the day. For longer stay kitchen corner very handy. All rooms have access to garden or balcony, nice to have. We had mentioned we had a dog and they kindly call to check what we preferred. Breakfast good for short stays like ours, standard but nice overall, good coffee.

Very good location, in the middle of Tuscany, quite short distance to every place we wanted to visit. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Spacious parking lot. Very accommodating personnel, who changed us the appartment without any objections upon our request. Nice and clean appartment, everyday room cleaning service.

Extremely bad and slow WiFi. Very weak equipment of the kitchen. In Chianti area there can not be missing wine glasses. Also there are missing other things as kettle, more pots, pot lids, bigger pans, etc. In our appartment there was not enough efficient aircon. And we had 40° C almost every day. It seems to be there is a need to add a cooling liquid or something like that.

Nice clean apartment, bigger than I thought it would be. Big fridge as well which was very useful. Beautiful swimming pool and lounge area outside. Very friendly man at reception who was kind and welcoming.

Limited plug sockets/mirrors. Had different plug sockets to my usual European adapter

Really nice place - easy to access and clean, big, convenient. Close to the main road. Easy parking. Big apartment with kitchen, pool and breakfast

Just in comparison with other hotels we stayed at in Chianti this one has less 'charm' but it is still good value for money and clean and easy. The breakfast is very minimal.

The accommodation was good and we had a lovely room but there was nowhere nearby accessible on foot where you could buy provisions or go out to at the time of our stay, but that may be due to the pandemic. The staff were lovely and friendly and the continental breakfast was adequate.

Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t available as there was no water in it. A small bar and pizzeria would’ve been lovely and possibly a little goldmine.

The staff, the fact that we got wine at the end of the evening. The coffee in the morning. Ease to find the location.

kids in the swimming poor were very noisy and the Village allowed them to behave in this way sonce there were not rules.
