Anna does such a fantastic job running this little gem in Toscana. Quiet, clean, relaxing…we really enjoyed the pool overlooking nearby vineyards. Breakfast every morning was a lovely touch, and home-cooked dinner is available along with inexpensive Chianti wines for purchase from the bar 24/7. Our room was in a little stone cottage near the rear of the main building, views were unmatched, facilities were excellent, wished we could’ve stayed longer! We actually modified our trip to spend an extra night here, Grazie Mille Anna!

The property is a little “off the beaten path”, but once you get used to driving in Tuscany it’s worth getting to this private oasis.

Everything was perfect at Fagiolari! We had an amazing time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was great, we had an amazing room and everywhere at the B&B you have an beautiful view. You have a lot of choices for breakfast and they do everything to make your stay great. The only thing is that you have to go a bit off road to get to the B&B. For us it was fine. Because of this the B&B is located at an quiet area, what we loved. We will definitely come back!

Amazing place. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Wonderful place in the middle of nowhere. If you need a peaceful beautiful place, this is the place to be! In the evening you hear nothing but the frogs. All is made with love. The breakfast was good and everyday we got a new homemade piece of cake. The owner is helpful, she recommended us some good wine tasting places and authentic restaurants. We loved it so much that we know we will come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at B&B Fagiolari. The property was so so beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, as well as all of the other shared spaces. The breakfast was delicious, custom to what you requested the night before. We will be back to stay at this B&B and will be staying even longer next trip. Wonderful!!!

Beautiful building with nice common living and breakfast/dining rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and cool (there is airconditioning, but we did not need it with ~30 degrees weather at the end of June). The beds were comfortable, breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel/B&B. The pool was clean and had an amazing view, as did the terrace where breakfast was served. Host Anna is very warm, friendly and completely fluent in English. 10/10

The last km to the B&B is a rough road, but should be doable for any car when driving slowly.

The owner and staff were warm and welcoming. They were helpful in recommending restaurants and destinations. Great care was given to the fresh food, the setting and decor. The very idea we stayed in an 850 yr old chateau was surreal! We felt like we were in a movie. Anna was an outstanding host!

the object itself is 10/10 - the view from the swimmingpool area is just the best, amazing, love it!!!

the room we booked (the cheapest) was just dark, moist (the smell of the mustiness) maybe it gets better in the summer- we stayed during april/may- after 3 nights of air- conditioning the smell was a but better, but still not pleasant. also we were not offered a dinner- all of the guests gethered to eat and we were just looking from a common area.

Anna was a lovely host. The property was wonderful and relaxing. Located just outside the town of Panzano we got to enjoy the peaceful Tuscan countryside while just a short drive to Panzano or Greve for a great selection of restaurants or vineyards.

The b&b accommodation was exceptional. Cosy and warm and with great attention to detail. Anna, the host, and staff were fantastic and the dinner was excellent. Anna’s cooking class provided great insight into Tuscan cooking. Could not rate more highly.
