I loved this hotel. It is quiet and clean and the staff are so kind and helpful. I was in greve for a wedding and most of my friends were staying at a much livelier hotel. That is great too, but I was so happy to have a chill and silent place to return to each night.

It didn't bother me because I don't care, but the one day I slept in a little, it meant that they didn't clean my room. I am not a person who needs her room cleaned every day so I don't care, but someone else might. Also, if you stay out past 11, you need to take a key to the front door of the hotel. Again, this didn't bother me at all, but might be off-putting for a different type of traveler.

Best location to the Coop, good & the square!! Rooms are great & very clean & quiet the owners are sooo nice, great breakfast too!! We love staying here every year when we come to Greve!

Stairs but only 1 flight & owners help I with luggage

The manageress was friendly, efficient and hard working. The balcony off the room was handy and comfortable. The bed wide and comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

The exit plug from the sink in the bathroom kept getting stuck. The mangeress worted it with a screwdriver once, but it happened again.

Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Loved the size of the room. Aircon and breakfast were great as was the water pressure in the ensuite bathroom. The terrace with balcony was a dream.

The place was perfect. Clean , staff was awesome. Only issue was booking as we double booked ?? After accepting the first booking the website came back and said that particular room wasn’t available but still took our money. We rebooked a 2nd room and got that one and realized both rooms were confirmed.. so we canceled one immediately.. they said money back in 7-10 days. Just really hoping we do get our money back. Will see ?? That was only issue we had.

Having to leave key at desk while out for dinner felt weird ?? But also understand how irreplaceable they are.

We were not expecting much from this hotel but it really exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and the staff were so friendly. Great air conditioning - made hardly any noise and cooled the room well. The hotel was incredibly central which was great because we were there for the Chianti wine festival.

Fantastic location right across Rd from bus stop. Extremely comfortable bed. Nice breakfast including lovely cakes. Very nice staff. I'm the centre of town 1 minute walk to the square.

Location was excellent and handy to piazza for evening dining. Room very spacious and bathroom also very spacious. Bed and pillows comfy. Thankyou.

The location and the owners are fabulous! They are so wonderful and friendly to us, we love coming back every year!!
