We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the pool area is a great place to relax. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for day trips around Tuscany, and the local recommendations from the staff led us to some truly special spots. The cooking class was a highlight, and the wine and tasting experiences were fantastic.

Mostly great service, though we did have one less pleasant interaction. Also, not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be aware of - this is not a full-service hotel—you can’t order food or drinks at all hours which can be inconvenient when you’re a drive away from town.

Our weekend at this Tuscan estate was a delight. The deluxe room that we were upgrade to, was spacious and classically beautiful, offering lovely views of the surrounding green landscape. The pool was a particular highlight – long and inviting, with breathtaking views that I had the pleasure of enjoying all to myself on a blissfully quiet mornings due to an early spring weather. The culinary experience was also fantastic, with delicious breakfasts and a truly memorable dinner – particularly the artichoke dish. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing a delicious vegan meal for me upon request. Beyond the estate, the charming villages nearby were a joy to explore under the Tuscan sun. A truly perfect weekend!

You cannot dislike anything about this place.

We loved staying here. It was so excellent that I almost want to keep it a secret! The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated, we were given a free upgrade due to a late cancellation and ended up in a suite with a beautiful private terrace. There was a free gift of yummy snacks on arrival, plus a bottle of the excellent Chianti produced by their own vineyard. We really enjoyed the visit to the vineyard and ended up ordering some delicious wine to be shipped back home. Breakfast was fantastic, as was dinner in their on-site restaurant. The heated infinity pool is beautiful and wasn't at all crowded. We also really enjoyed playing a free game of tennis at the tennis court down the road! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and bent over backwards to make the stay special. We will definitely be back.

This property was beyond our expectation in every aspect. A wonderful panoramic view on the Tuscan hills and vineyards. The facility is beautiful and recently renovated with a stunning swimming pool. The check in was unusually personable, cordial, informative and sincere. The room was very spacious, quiet, very well furnished with an excellent bed, and a large bathroom perfect in every detail. The quality and variety of the breakfast the next morning was the cherry on the cake.

Where do I begin? I told Michele (Staff) it was one of the best weekends of my life because honestly La Pietra was a dream! The views are unparalleled (we visited other places and also dined in other relais, and maintain that La Pietra’s views were superior). On arrival we got an upgrade and a bottle of their wine waiting for us, we were also given an extra treat as we were celebrating my partner’s birthday. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and our dinner at the restaurant was Michelin standard - fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of experimentation and simplicity. The pool is a must - with the heating adjusted to ambient temp it was a true luxury. I could go on but I will end with a note on their wine - try as many as you can! It has given me very high expectations for other properties …

When we first arrived, the concierge offered us a tour of the stunning property. We were then escorted to our room, which exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, well-designed, and boasted amazing views from the windows. The breakfast was not only delicious but also fresh and fulfilling. The staff demonstrated exceptional generosity, always remembering our coffee preferences and making us feel genuinely special. Additionally, they provided us with valuable tips and information about the surrounding area. The pool, with its beautiful vistas, added to the overall charm. Without a doubt, this is a place to celebrate special occasions and indulge oneself.

The property is a small and hidden gem, it’s exquisite in every way and located in an extremely peaceful and beautiful location. The heated infinity swimming pool with a sublime view is so relaxing as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff are very attentive and kind and the small restaurant serves lovely Tuscan food. There were lots of additional nice touches such as water, beer, snacks provided by the pool with an honesty bar. We were made to feel very welcome and we instantly relaxed.

We liked everything. The only thing that we brought to the attention of the management was that there is very little sound proofing between the rooms on the ground floor.

La Pietra Del Cabreo is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking surroundings. The lush greenery and tranquil ambiance instantly transported me to a serene paradise. The food is simply divine. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Italian flavors that left our taste buds dancing with joy. What made our experience even more memorable was the gentle breeze in the air that added a touch of magic to every moment. Whether we were enjoying a meal on the terrace or taking a leisurely stroll through the grounds, the refreshing breeze created the perfect atmosphere. I can't recommend La Pietra Del Cabreo enough. We have stayed a beautiful properties all over the world and this one is top 3. What a beautiful backdrop to an Italian vineyard with rolling hills and amazing views. The rooms were beautiful and new. The restaurant onsite provided some of the best meals we had while in Italy. Definitely do the wine tour at their sister property. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a picture perfect stay. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful with flowers in bloom. I also had a lovely meal at the restaurant while enjoying the wine and the view from the terrace. I will definitely be back for another stay. .
