The location is perfect. You can arrive by train from Termini station and walk to the hotel. It's super safe and you won't spend more than 5 minutes walking. Furthermore, for the main points of the city, you can also spend a maximum of 15 minutes walking. The location is perfect. The staff is very good, I loved the two attendants who welcomed us at breakfast. They were always very friendly, that was the best part of the day. The reception is always open, regardless of the time. I found everything perfect.

Location for access to train station was perfect. The senora on the desk was both efficient and friendly and we were checked in quickly. Rooms not enormous but clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided a wonderful variety of food and we appreciated the complimentary drink at happy hour. Would highly recommend

What a charming place and excellent value for money. I loved the terrace outside my room. I loved the warm decor of the room and excellent hard mattress. I would love to book this place for a month to study or work at affordable monthly rates.

The lady at reception was courteous, but it was clear she had no energy for tourists speaking in mediocre Italian :) she did all what was asked professionally and politely with minimum interaction. The second lady in the evening went the extra mile helping me to pick up bags when there was no one to help. There wasn't anything significant that I didn't like. Great place.

I enjoyed everything, from the start of the check-in process with the extremely helpful staff to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. Although I traveled alone, I plan to return with my family to this charming hotel, which has an excellent location and outstanding staff.

I tried to think of negative aspects about the hotel and found it difficult to come up with any. However, to be fair, the elevator is a bit slow and sometimes takes a while to arrive. Also, breakfast could start earlier. Nevertheless, as I mentioned before, none of this affects the overall experience. The hotel is truly excellent.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Florence and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Parking was available at a very reasonable rate, with the garage attendant conveniently handling both drop-off and return of the car. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, our stay was outstanding—definitely a 10/10. I would highly recommend this hotel to both solo travelers and families, as it offers fantastic value for the price.

Nothing to dislike

The location was great; close to areas of interest and easy to get to from the train station. The room was aesthetically pleasing but a bit tight. Only two outlets available. The room was clean and smelled clean. They don't charge a fortune for the water in the mini-bar; only one euro. Breakfast was good; typical Italian fare but also included scrambled eggs and bacon. The room was soundproof to the noise outside in the streets but not to the people next door. They were kind enough to make a cappuccino for me in the afternoon.

The bathroom was very small (I'm only 130 pounds); a larger person would not be able to fit in the shower. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room and front desk person couldn't tell me how. Fitted sheets aren't used on the bed so the bottom sheet gets loose and crumpled beneath you very easily. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it was, but I guess because its Florence they can charge that much.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is a big advantage if you are traveling by train. Also, they keep your luggage free of charge after check-out, which is very useful if you are leaving the city late. The hotel's breakfast was above our expectations. The cheeses and croissants were especially delicious. The rooms are clean, there is a coffee machine and a fridge. You can walk all over the city from the hotel, and there are nice restaurants around.

Room is just a little small for a family, and the hotel needs some renovation. However, it is not a big problem for short stays.

Centric location within walking distance to the train station and mayor attractions. It offers a very nice breakfast. During our stay, Julia was always greeting the guest in the breakfast lounge with a great smile and made sure the food was well put together. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Air Conditioning wasn’t available in the rooms during our stay in April. According to staff, per their policy, it was still winter, so the central AC was off. Also, it wasn’t cold enough to turn the heat on. The lack of ventilation in our room felt uncomfortable, so we had to open the windows that brought street noise and bugs. Talked to staff and they were able to relocate us to a better location hiden from the street which was nice considering their inability to provide AC.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The welcoming ambiance, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast made it truly memorable. The delicious breakfast options more than compensated for it, creating a delightful overall experience.

The bathroom was a bit small. Nonetheless, it didn't significantly affect the overall positive impression I had of the hotel.

This is a real hidden gem. The hotel was a little dated, but great feel to it. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. We had 2 rooms, one for us, and the other for our 3 children (18, 16, 15). Their bathroom was a little pokey, but ours was fine. They included breakfast each morning and have drinks in the hotel most evenings. Easy walking to anywhere in Florence, and very close to train station - Santa Maria Novella. We walked from there to our hotel, a little dodgy immediately outside of the train station, but the rest was fine. Location very close to Santa Maria Church, and easy to walk all over Florence from here. Loved our stay here.
