The location was perfect, close to everything and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. The staff were great, very helpful and willing to help at all times. The rooms were large and clean. The rooftop bar has amazing views and great drinks! Would definitely stay here again. They also have a really good breakfast.

Everything was very lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is incredible but the most beautiful thing was the building. You could really feel that history. The breakfast was really delicious as well. They upgraded us to suits because it was available which was a very nice thing to do. I would definitely come back again and recommend everyone to come here. The staff was very nice too. Such a unique experience!!

The only thing that I had a problem with was the staff at the reception. We ate dinner at the hotel and had some welcome drinks when we first arrived. During check-out, she told us that we drank prosecco and bear and we need to pay for it which we were told they were welcome drinks. I wanted to tell that, we were told that they were complimentary if we need to pay of course we would do so. She goes “we are not going to die from 20 euros.” which I thought was a bit rude.

The room was a good size, clean, and overall fairly quiet. The pool was a really nice amenity to have, especially after a day waking in the heat. The staff were incredibly courteous and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Rooftop bar has amazing views! Location is close to train station, so short walk from the Tram stop which is convenient for the airport.. Pretty centrally located, most things were 10-15 min walk. Overall a great property

The bed was not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in but it also wasn’t the worst. The setup in the bathroom was a little odd (at least in my room). The glass for the tub was fixed in place and the bidet was right next to the tub so the space to step in and out of tub was pretty tight. if you have any mobility issues, the tight space could pose an issue.. None of these were or would be deal breakers.

The reception service was good.Location was very good, close to train station, shopping bridges to both sides of the river. Breakfast - there was a good range of self service foods both hot and cold but it didn’t offer an omelet service. The beds and pillows were comfortable, however the entrance to the bathroom was precarious and not suitable for a tall person.( very low entrance and steps)The shower was in the bath without a mat so you need to be stable to take a shower. The roof top bar was a pleasant experience, good view and comfy seating however at 9.50pm the lights go out and they make you sit in the dark if you haven’t finished your drink. The waiting staff in the roof top bar had poor English and actually the chap was stroppy both times we were up there. We asked for a Barcardi, eventually using google translate and they basically told us off for asking / clarifying. And told we needed to go down stairs to get ice.???? He eventually took 15 mins to produce the drink (after I chase again) and the. Promptly switched the lights off and told us to leave the bar at 9.55pm. There is very poor sound proofing in the bed rooms resulting in us having to hear the whole conversations of our neighbours returning at 2.45am - 3.30pm suffering the noice whilst they had sex twice, played music and sang along, whistled and held very loud conversations between their bathroom and their bed area. We appreciate the hotel can’t vet their clientele but it ruined our stay and resulted in me having to bang on the wall at 3.30am. They were then back up again at 7.30am making the same level of noise!! Needless to say they didn’t make breakfast before 9.30am. Long story short the soundproofing is poor!

Perfect in every way! Just steps from the tram to the airport and within walking distance of everything Florence has to offer. The rooms are cozy, stylish, and wonderfully cool thanks to the great air conditioning. Breakfast was simply outstanding – fresh and tasty. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We fell in love with the serene courtyard, complete with sun loungers, a sparkling pool, and lush greenery – a peaceful oasis framed by charming Italian architecture. And the rooftop terrace? Absolutely breathtaking, with a bar and panoramic views over all of Florence. We can’t wait to come back – highly recommended!

The hotel is in a busy part of town but its very close to the center of town so it's nice to be able to easily walk everywhere. The room was alright, nothing special really but it was clean and the bathroom was recently renovated so that's nice. The breakfast at the hotel was a highlight.

I think the terrace upstairs can use a bit of TLC. It wasn't as nice as in the photos and the bar wasn't really happening, the mixed drink we had was pretty meh. Given the gorgeous views, I think the hotel can do more to upgrade the balcony and make it a lovely place to spend the early evening.

The hotel is right in the center of Florence with easy walking distance to the sites, and close to the train. The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar every night with panoramic views of Florence. The pool was also nice to cool off. The staff was very kind and gracious.

Unfortunate, the room never really cooled off that much and the AC was lagging. During a heatwave that’s important to have a cool room especially at night. The shower drain needed some work and maybe a bathroom upgrade. The pool could use with some more umbrellas for the chairs.

This property is amazing. The location is perfect. The rooms are modern and the pool area a beautiful spot to unwind after hot day sightseeing - I don’t think the photos do this hotel justice as it has kept the old charm in communal areas with all the modern amenity where needed (bathrooms and rooms). Travelling with a child we were very pleased that they offered not just a portacot but all the bedding. Only small room for improvement was, in a family room, a latch on the balcony and hotel door would be appreciated for safety (although this seems to be commonly missing throughout Italy).

The location was amazing, the bed was really comfortable.

There seemed to be shortage of staff, and this led to not the service we would have expected, almost chaos. Went for a drink at the pool, had to wait 40 minutes for our drink and saw it being walked around the pool for 5 mins before the waitress saw us waving at her. Similar happened at the rooftop bar, one girl serving without a smile (but i wouldn’t be smiling if I was serving 9 tables on a windy roof top bar… but stunning views and would have loved to spend more time up there. Honestly get some more staff, then you would be incredible You couldn’t get near the pool for for the amount of people using the facilities available, more beds/chairs/tables needed.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The location was centrally located, an easy walk to the train station and everywhere. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, the shower had plenty of warm water. The hotel is beautiful with its garden and pool in the back and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The rooftop bar was a pleasure with great views of the entire city. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, I don't think there was anything that would have made this hotel better. It was great!
