I have been impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff , we felt home , beautiful location , excellent service, food was delicious and the room was immaculate everything exceeded my expectations I will definitely comeback in the future. I want to thank Sylwia she is a lovely person , professional & helpful also the guys on the reception definitely we gonna miss there smiles & warm welcome and we can’t forget the staff in the restaurant all of them are amazing and friendly they do their job from the heart .

Everything about our stay was a treat. The location was perfect and the hotel well appointed and comfortable. Meals out on the terrace were a highlight. The service was excellent all around - everyone was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We will be back.

The location was great.

I thought the photos online were a bit misleading when I booked my room I thought I’d maybe get a view. But other than that my room was very calm and peaceful. I had an unlimited mini bar and room service. The staff was also very kind.

From the moment of booking the conceirge were extremely helpful allowing me to arrange my trip with train recommendations, restaurant recommendations, the team were beyond helpful. We arrived early but the team were so welcoming and engaged we were so excited for our stay.

Our only issue was we only stayed one night, it was not enough to enjoy the gorgeous rooms and helpful staff. There is nothing else we could fault at this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was 1st class. The staff were superb, the room was beautiful, the food, especially the breakfast, was fabulous and the location was just perfect

I rarely rate any hotel, but I wanted to do so fo the place cause my stay was amazing and the staff were awesome too, special thanks to Georgo and Lili for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. Everything was beyond my expectations. I really recommend this hotel and definitely will visit again.

I feel like home .. gives me the feeling that I’m in my mom home . Very cozy , clean , welcoming and generous. Once I put my feet on the hotel, I cannot help but be amazed with every single piece.

Beautiful boutique hotel centrally in the old town. Our room was in pristine condition and the daily service flawless. Awesome, freshly-made breakfast á la carte. The entire team provided outstanding service.

This hotel is located in a central area in the old city where everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The hotel is comfy and nice. The main bounce of this hotel is the staff, very welcoming and helpful.

The room is slightly small for the price, but average size for Florance. Also the hotel lacks a sign from the outside. Otherwise, everything went fine. If looking for a good location would definitely recommend it
