This was booked for my 2 daughters to meet us in Florence for a few days whilst we toured Italy. The host was magnificent. in fact the girls had the B&B to themselves as it had been closed because of the extreme heat in Florence. The facilities were top notch and so was the room and bathroom and the aircon was very welcoming. The location was magnificent too. Just 2 mins from Piazza Santa Maria Novella and 4 mins to the Duomo. Although they didn't really use the breakfast facility they said there was everything you needed to make a substantial breakfast. They would definitely stay again.

No lift but the buildings are very old so to be expected.

The location is very good. The apartment is very clean and tidy. We chose the classic room, it was small, but has all essentials, like AC, fan, specious bed. Fatima was very welcoming and accommodating of our needs. Building doesn't have an elevator, so be ready to walk some stairs) Overall we were very happy with our accommodation choice, and I would happily recommend this place for Florence stay. It is a very good quality/ price balance.

For our needs, everything was perfect. I believe some people might have problems with the absence of the elevator, but it's an old building, so it's understandable.

What a wonderful guesthouse. We enjoyed our stay so much. Fatima is a gracious and friendly host and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The room was elegant and beautifully decorated. The reception area is welcoming and cool, and a selection of cakes and snacks are available to guests. A wonderful stay and I can highly recommend this listing. Thank you Fatima!

Everything was perfect!

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming B&B in the heart of Florence, and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed thanks to the amazing host Fatima, who went out of her way to ensure that our stay was perfect. The room was nothing short of spectacular, with a beautiful and tasteful interior that made it feel like a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. The attention to detail was impressive. The free coffee and snacks in the morning were a welcome touch, and the overall level of care and hospitality was simply unparalleled. The cleanliness of the establishment was also impressive. Overall, I cannot recommend this B&B enough. It's a truly special place. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Florence, this is the place to stay.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was superb, spotlessly clean and very elegant and cosy. Easy check-in and check-out, and the most welcoming host who was very flexible during check-in time, and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it the next time we’re in Florence.

Perfect location - few minutes walk from rail station and within easy walking distance of the centre of Florence. Nice comfortable bed as well.

Stairs were a little bit steep, but most properties like this are the same (we stayed elsewhere in Florence a few years previously) - not a problem if you are reasonably fit.

Fatima is a very kind host. I torn my ligament during the staying. She helped a lot. The room was well decorated and the location was very nice. If I go to Florence again I would choose to stay here again😊

Maybe because we chose the ro next to the street we could hear people talking on the street. But we had windows, which can compensate for that shortcoming 😁

It was very cute. The room was nice, clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The location was good- we took the train to and from Florence and it was a quick walk to the station but also a quick walk into town. There’s a lot to do right around the place but it’s not in the most touristy part of town. It was great!

The only pitfall is the stairs. The friend I was traveling with had a big suitcase so that was tough on the first day, but besides that it was lovely.

Within walking distance of the train station, the main tourist attractions, and a taxi stand. Room was quiet with the shudders shut and stayed cool in the summer heat. They held our luggage for us for early check in and when we left for the weekend elsewhere. Lovely people and very accommodating.

The location is great! Just 2 minutes walk from Basilica Santa Maria Novella. The staff is friendly and polite. They served us coffee on our arrival and took care for our luggages to bring them up and down stairs. We could even leave the luggage after our check out without any obligation. The room is nice and clean. There are stairs of course because it is an antique building but inside it is very well furnished and beautifully renovated.
