Having visited Florence before, we knew we wanted to stay in a property that was an easy walk to the Firenze SMN train station. Tailor House B&B fit the bill with a great location. It is an apartment stay with only two units and access to excellent laundry facilities (washer & dryer). The unit we stayed in was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. There is no staff on the property but it wasn't an issue as Alessandro was there to greet us after we texted our ETA. The breakfast included were vouchers to a bakery called My Bakery, two doors away and it's special! The espresso beverages, pastries and hot cooked breakfast food we had over our 4 days stay was fabulous.

There were some slight bit of muffled noise from a restaurant/bar next door. Strangely, you could hear those voices echo in the bathroom but no where else. So, if you close the bathroom door downstairs... I didn't have any trouble falling asleep. (Wear earplugs if you are super sensitive.) There is a tight spiral staircase from the bath downstairs to the bed upstairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you.

Spotless, clean room at a nice B&B. Our host Allesandro was super nice, he carried our luggage up and down during arrival and departure, and provided us with extra water and fresh towels every day during our stay. He also provided a taxi for us without question. Great bed and really cool despite quite high temparatures during april. Location is also super central, everything is only 10 minutes walk away max. Breakfast at the bakery next door (tip: don't make things complicated and just point some savouries or sweets out from the counter, the choices are endless)

It's smack in the middle of the city so some noise from people no the street having a night out, and a bar playing music until about 12pm in the weekend, so if you're a light sleeper consider something else, but it didn't bother us too much.

Alex, the host is always ready to help and the location is top tier! Bed and pillows very comfortable but as I said at the end it comes all to the owner who is very careful and friendly.

When you book it in Booking.com it says it offers the parking space, even when you only filter hotels or B&Bs with parking, but in real life the parking is 6 min away ny walk and you have to pay extra for that. When I first got to know that I was not super happy, but when I saw the location of the B&B it kinda made sense.

Central location a mere 10min-walk from Sta Ma. Novella train station. Beautiful, spacious loft. Very comfy bed, SmartTV (not that you’ll have time to watch while in Florence). A plus was the shared laundry room with washer/dryer and detergent! Delicious breakfast just 2 doors down. Our host Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful! Definitely an address to save for our next Florence trip.

Busy street so it can get quite noisy if you leave window open at night, but if it gets too hot there is AC.

Great accommodation in a very good location. Clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, he provided a list of recommended restaurants that are a must try in Florence. Would 100% stay here again when coming back to Florence.

Since the window was facing the main street, it got quite loud when opening it.

The apartment is located in a very heart of Florence, thus made our stay very convenient in the way that we could easily reach everything by foot and enjoy this beautiful city. The owner is very nice, thus all the communication went smoothly. The apartment by itself is spacious featuring separate sleeping area and spotlessly clean. We highly enjoyed our stay at Tailor House B&B while in Florence.

Fabulous location. Beautiful accommodation. ++amenities. Allessandro met us there and gave a quick orientation. Also let us secure our bags the following morning before our train departure. An excellent accommodation. Also an excellent breakfast!

The only negative was alot of noise, day and night. Sounded like some kind of motor running and occassional loud banging. Possibly was the elevator. Continued all night, so not rhe best sleep.

Location was excellent, easy to find and great central spot in Florence. Space was clean and as advertised. Air conditioning, wifi and shower water pressure were all great! Host was responsive as needed.

Noise - could hear neighbors through walls / above a bit but that’s just part of shared living space so not much hosts can do.

Everything. Location was great, in the city center. Cleanliness was on point. The facilities were moreover wonderful, there was a smart tv so we could watch a movie in bed after a long day and a washing machine so we could wash our clothes and even iron them.

Really beautiful, clean, well-appointed room in the middle of the nicest part of town. Easy to walk to everything. Alessandro was so nice and welcoming. Totally recommend:)
