I really loved how central the property was and how wonderful the staff were, they were always attentive and kind. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Sandro, Flavio, Steffano, and the gentleman who helped with our bags (my apologies for not remembering his name, as we didn’t interact much), as well as the breakfast team, who were always polite and friendly. Their warmth truly made our stay memorable.

I had nothing bad to say about the property, just a small observation, the bar prices were a little on the higher side. For this reason, I chose to enjoy cocktails outside, though I would have loved to stay at the bar and have a nice drink.

- Staff were very friendly and helpful - Location of the Hotel is absolutely perfect, most things are 5-10 mins walk from it especially the major attractions - The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean - The breakfast was nice, good variety in it - Room size was spacious and set up really well

- AC wasn't working so they replaced it with a fan but it's not as effective, we felt very warm most days - Signal of the location of the hotel was not good at all - WiFi in the hotel is okay but it has its weird times of cutting off for periods of time

I did not like my room very much. The bed and the shower were quite uncomfortable. The hotel arranged transportation for me from the train station to the hotel and from he hotel to the train station. They charged $160 to my credit card in advance for this transportation. After staying a few days in Florence, I learned that this transportation would have cost me less than $40 with taxi cabs.

Perfect location for exploring this beautiful walking city and close to SMN station. Continental breakfast offers a good variety of options. I believe there are better rooms than the ones we were allocated. Had two categories of room type due to a late reservation

Fridge didn’t work in the initial room and water bottles warming inside cost €3!!! I had to have my medicine placed in their kitchen fridge and it seemed such a chore for the breakfast waiter to retrieve it and deliver it to me. I had to insist that the next room have a working fridge. A charge of €5 was assigned to our bill and we did not go into the bar. The female receptionist settling our bill questioned my honesty about this and became a little hostile when we insisted the charge was not ours! Could have been a great stay but sadly not for us

Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and cheery: made a restaurant reservation, explained where to go in the city for different things etc. A delightful feature is the happy hour hors d’oeuvres - it was so welcome after a long day of travelling, when you haven’t the energy to go out immediately. No USB outlets next to the bed. No outlet next to the bed. A design flaw, as I had to have my phone charge overnight but also needed it next to me to answer. Very small room (single). I am petit and there was barely enough room part in the bathroom. TV had a large red square in the middle when on (admittedly I didn’t take the time to call the front desk) No robe

I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. This time, I was disappointed with the bathroom. There was mold on the walls and ceiling, and a general lack of regular maintenance. The rest of the hotel was perfect.

Location was fantastic.. near to train station, restaurants and sights. Bed was comfortable and room was of good size. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful.

Small bathroom, having to pay for the use of kettle and tea/coffee in the room and it can get quite noisy as it is in the Main Street

That I paid for breakfast but was not able to have it both days... the time of breakfast and the plans did not align. I would love a refund if possible.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very cozy and elegantly decorated. The hotel is in a perfect location, being only a five minute walk from the Duomo and the Oltrarno. All-in-all, a very stylish hotel and the perfect place to begin and end your day in Florence.

I honestly don't have a bad word to say, I had a wonderful stay!
