This was a delightful hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The breakfast is lovely. We were only there for one night, but it was a positive experience. We were very grateful the morning we departed as they called the taxi and then were there when we met them. That was a bonus!

There are stairs that one must climb before you get to the elevators. The staff was gracious to bring our luggage up, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance that there are stairs.

I stayed here two times while in Italy and had a fantastic experience both times. The value of this hotel for the price is pretty unbeatable. I stayed in two different single rooms, which were both super cute, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very centrally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Santa Maria Novella train station, and the excellent area of Santo Spirito across the river. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler in the immediate area—it was well lit and busy but not too loud at night. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

The showers (in the single rooms at least) are very small even for Europe, which could be an issue if you are a plus-size or very tall person.

Room was spacious, have everything we needed. The staff were all so lovely and keen to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was also very good, nice amount of variety.

The only thing I can fault with this place which is perhaps beyond their control is while it is great location you can hear people in the street through the night. Not bad but could be troublesome if you are a light sleeper.

The best hotel we stayed at in Italy! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We got lost on the way to the hotel, and the man at the reception was incredibly kind—he even came outside to look for us. That level of hospitality really touched us. When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you could need. There was even a Dyson hairdryer and, to our surprise, a very good steamer—something we hadn’t found in any other hotel in Italy during our trip. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt thoughtful and cozy. At checkout, we were greeted by a lovely woman who surprised us by translating speaker in our language—most likely noticing our nationality from our passports. It was such a sweet and personal touch, and we really appreciated it. Honestly, this was the best hotel experience we had in Italy. Highly recommended!

This is a small boutique hotel, which is a great plus for us. You have to climb a few stair steps before getting to the elevator but there is always help with your luggage. The building is a beautiful renovated one, very nice rooms and breakfast room, No restaurant though. Our room had a good comfortable area, classic style, including a beautiful bathroom that had a little tight shower though, but not troublesome. The bathroom has heating system for towels which seems to heat the whole of the bathroom. Very comfortable roomy bed. Some noise from the street during the weekend nights , although the windows are very well insulated. I expect noise won't be an issue if you get a room facing the Via Tornabuoni. Staff was very welcoming and efficient. All in all very happy with our experience here.

Hotel accommodations were all very nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Location was unbeatable. 5 minute walk from everything. Il Duomo, Uffizi, Academia, the Arno. We even walked our luggage there from the Train Station with no issues. There is no elevator to the ground level but they carry your bags to your room and will store them after checkout.

The fridge is a dedicated minibar so there isnt anywhere to store leftovers. Shower head needed some cleaning, several of the holes were not dispensing water.

This boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely exceptional—just steps away from Florence’s most iconic landmarks, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. What will definitely bring me back is the incredible service. The team was warm, attentive, and always quick to respond to anything I needed. Their cooperation and professionalism made my stay feel seamless and truly comfortable. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Florence.

everything was great, location, room and very friendly and helpful hotel stuff! They even helped us to clean our daughter's car seat, which we rented from another company. We will definitely come back and recommend your hotel to everyone who will travel to Florence! (as was mentioned before the Dyson hair dryer and Nespresso coffee maker at the room is just big plus after everything else)

Great location in the heart of the historical center and walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Room was fantastic with all the amenities you require if you’re not setup for 220v.

Not that it was a dislike but I felt the morning breakfast could of had a bit of more variety. Tip - you can ask the staff to make something that isn’t readily available to take from their buffet. A way around the limited variety shown in the buffet.

The property was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful, with the cleaning staff leaving notes and sweets on our freshly made bed every day which was so thoughtful. We had all of the facilities that we needed. We opted for the breakfast included package and we loved it.

No elevator to get up to the 1st floor so this would not be very suitable for someone with limited mobility, however this is stated on the website and they also offer a porter service to carry your bags up the stairs if you would like.
