This was a delightful hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The breakfast is lovely. We were only there for one night, but it was a positive experience. We were very grateful the morning we departed as they called the taxi and then were there when we met them. That was a bonus!

There are stairs that one must climb before you get to the elevators. The staff was gracious to bring our luggage up, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance that there are stairs.

Room was spacious, have everything we needed. The staff were all so lovely and keen to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was also very good, nice amount of variety.

The only thing I can fault with this place which is perhaps beyond their control is while it is great location you can hear people in the street through the night. Not bad but could be troublesome if you are a light sleeper.

This is a small boutique hotel, which is a great plus for us. You have to climb a few stair steps before getting to the elevator but there is always help with your luggage. The building is a beautiful renovated one, very nice rooms and breakfast room, No restaurant though. Our room had a good comfortable area, classic style, including a beautiful bathroom that had a little tight shower though, but not troublesome. The bathroom has heating system for towels which seems to heat the whole of the bathroom. Very comfortable roomy bed. Some noise from the street during the weekend nights , although the windows are very well insulated. I expect noise won't be an issue if you get a room facing the Via Tornabuoni. Staff was very welcoming and efficient. All in all very happy with our experience here.

Great location in the heart of the historical center and walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Room was fantastic with all the amenities you require if you’re not setup for 220v.

Not that it was a dislike but I felt the morning breakfast could of had a bit of more variety. Tip - you can ask the staff to make something that isn’t readily available to take from their buffet. A way around the limited variety shown in the buffet.

This boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely exceptional—just steps away from Florence’s most iconic landmarks, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. What will definitely bring me back is the incredible service. The team was warm, attentive, and always quick to respond to anything I needed. Their cooperation and professionalism made my stay feel seamless and truly comfortable. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. The property was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful, with the cleaning staff leaving notes and sweets on our freshly made bed every day which was so thoughtful. We had all of the facilities that we needed. We opted for the breakfast included package and we loved it.

No elevator to get up to the 1st floor so this would not be very suitable for someone with limited mobility, however this is stated on the website and they also offer a porter service to carry your bags up the stairs if you would like.

From the moment I got arrived the experience was special. I booked a single room as I was solo travelling and the kindest lady on the desk upgraded me to a double room which was so beautiful. The hotel is located right in the city centre, on the street where all the luxury designer shops are. On an evening I came back to a hand written note and little sweets on my pillow which was a lovely touch after a long day exploring. You could for about 3 people in the bed I was lost between the pillows, it was so comfy. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure staying here and if there was a room mate Isabella in every city I would book it time and time again.

My family stayed in Florence for 5 nights over the new year period. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were very stylish and clean. The location was central opposite palazzo stozzi. The staff, especially Alessandra, were so helpful and had great restaurant recommendations. They also accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and we had access to water, soft-drinks coffee and snacks at anytime. Highly recommended!

Everything Location is brilliant in the middle of everything, staff super friendly and very very polite and helpful especially Alessandra at the reception and the two staff running breakfast buffet which is very good , clean, neat and delicious, room is of a very good size and nice view, super clean with very good house keeping, tea and coffee enough supplies as well as water and fruit basket on arrival Hotel is beautifully decorated with old style florentine design. Simply awesome and very well worth its price Will always be my home if i come again to the very beautiful city of Florence

Nothing at all , only note is that there are around 20 stairs that has to be taken before your reach the elevator and this is a note to families with seniors or members of special needs

We were made to feel like long-awaited family the second we arrived. We hadn't closed the taxi door before our luggage was taken upstairs to our room! The common spaces were gently perfumed. The staff at front desk, housekeeping, bell man, and the "famous" Antoniello in the breakfast room, who is a treasure, cared for every moment of our stay and visit. The interiors of the rooms, common spaces, elevator, stairs are pristine and well kept. I caught housekeeping dusting hallway pictures 3 times in 2 days. White fluffy robes and house shoes awaited us. There was not a detail overlooked or ignored. THERE WAS CHOCOLATE on my pillow every night.

I could not do more to show my appreciation warmly enough for such a caring staff and wonderful stay
