Beautiful property with friendly attentive staff. Location was perfect!

The bathroom was awkward with the a single sink located in the sleeping area and not in the bathroom with the toilet and shower.The shower was on the small size. The breakfast options were either a limited continental or a limited buffet.I must say however the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Musicians performing on the square could be annoying at times given they played until approximately 10:30 at night. Overall it’s a very nice hotel.

The location was exceptional. Everything was within walking distance. And day trips were a breeze. The staff were so friendly and the interiors of the hotel were absolutely stunning. Loved the bartenders at the rooftop and lower bar. The morning breakfast was delicious.

The parking is expensive. For what we paid per night it was unexpected. We stayed at almost all five star hotels while in Italy and were not charged for parking, even at a four starr, so that was a disappointment.

- spacious suite - excellent location, walking distance to main sites - very clean room

- overpriced for the level of service and quality - tiny bathroom (barely fits one), and no pressure shower - we never saw any staff other than the doormen (who do a very good job) and the concierge (located on the 4th floor, very mediocre service, didn’t have pull to get us any reservations at key places). - no hospitality / human experience, it could very much be an airbnb.

Great 5 star hotel in excellent location and a luxury hotel. We were upgraded from a junior suite to a full suite which was great. Good concierge and front desk service as well as from the doorman

The breakfasts are not at top standard compared to many other five star hotels. The selection is fairly basic : no fresh yoghurt limited egg selection breads are limited

Professional staff from the front desk to housekeeping, the team is always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed to mimic the historical city of Florence! We really enjoyed the central location close to many touristy attractions. It is very safe and almost everything is a walking distance away.

The AC wasn’t very cold, and they didn’t have a spa or pool.

Luxury hotel- truly. Service impeccable. Adam bartender and service person extraordinaire! The location was amazing. We heard beautiful Opera on the steps near the hotel every night. They did not sing too late, but were incredible. This hotel is amazing! The facilities and service is outstanding.

The best hotel we stayed in Italy. Staff were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was great and food was high quality. The room was decorated in an excellent way, clean and well-kept. The best location. Close to all places and a beautiful street.

Nothing, everything was perfect

I absolutely loved the location, the staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The rooms were so uniquely designed and so neat and modern. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were absolutely amazing. I loved that this hotel was so close to everything in walking distances to the best restaurants, cafes, and the luxury stores for shopping. One of my favourite unique hotels i have stayed in.
