The location was good, exceptional The facilities were good. It was near to everything. Highly highly recommended for a couple.

Room was a bit smaller than the pictures, but they help us in the reception. They gave us a good upgrade due to the room was having an issue.

very warm in the room - had to keep opening the window then worried about mosquitoes. Some areas of the hotel looked tired - the hallways and stairs - the carpet needs replacing. The spa bath was too big and so couldn’t be filled past the jets.

The breakfast is provided by a different business in front of the building and we noticed there were a few small flies around the buffet food which was not covered. Also, we would have liked to be able to order in or have breakfast in the room. The reception is in a different section where you have to walk through buildings outdoors and as it was raining, it was inconvenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alfieri during my trip to Firenze, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, situated just a short walk from major attractions. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It featured a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries and fruits to savory dishes, catering to all tastes.

maybe next week will go into a bigger room with river view. it is worth it to dive into Florence's beauty.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is perfect – close to everything you need, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable, with high-quality bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back!

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly. The room was nice with enough space for bags. 2 long mirrors. Lighting was good. The bathroom was spacious, there was a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. The furniture was new. Bed is comfortable. They had a safe in the closet.

There was no air conditioner. If it is hot, you can open the windows, but there is no net, so bugs are coming in. There is a warming system, though we didn't need it in November. The elevator is too small. Internet speed wasn't the best.
