The location was perfect right in the centre of everything of florence The staff helpfull lovely and friendly The breakfast, wonderful, homemade cakes ,great coffee.fresh croissants delicious.

The property is centrally located, next to Piazza di Santa Trinita. In the evenings, we could hear musicians playing at the Piazza. The room was clean and spacious enough for three people, featuring two large windows. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of items including warm croissants, Nutella, jams, soy milk, milk, coffee, cheese, ham, fresh fruits, yogurt, and boiled eggs. They also provided lactose-free milk upon request. It was very nice that the water in the room refrigerator was offered for free.

The room AC setting automatically returns to 21 degrees after a while. As a result, the only way to keep the room a bit warmer than 21 degrees at night was to turn the AC off.

The location is amazing and I had a view of the piazza which has music each day so it was awesome to relax in my room at times to get away from the crowds but still be immersed in Florence! Only 1 block to the Arno! The staff are lovely and the breakfast is really nicely done. I loved this so much that I hesitate to say it, but my bed was not comfortable. It was 2 singles pushed together and the ridge kept poking me in the back. I did ask staff if there was anything to put on top and they gave me a blanket so I ended up sleeping on the duvet and using the blanket on top. Otherwise, it was perfect so it makes me sad to say that. The bedding was soft and lovely and the room and location is incredible. The staff were lovely and responsive. Would have been a 5/5 if the bed has some king of topper to cover the fact it was 2 singles.

This was an exceptional place to stay in Florence, the view from the window was simply breathtaking... and from the small balcony the sound of opera singers floats up to you in the evening... but close the double glazing and you are awarded a very quiet dark room, perfect to sleep in, Breakfast is amazing. Everything is wonderful.Iits like visiting a close aunt and staying in her italian apartment, the location is perfect, you cant get lost... we didnt want to leave and will be definitely staying here again!!

Nothing, unless a there was a parking space which came with a Ferrari to use while you stayed here!

The hotel has a very good location practically isa short walking distance from many of the attractions here in Florence. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even did our check in earlier that expected and this was a big help as we are travelling with our little girl. The breakfast is nice and has options to choose from.

Cleanliness Is a big fail for this hotel ‼️ Reading the reviews I was convinced that it was ok but it was not! Our towels had been the same for 3 nights in a row , the bed linen has not been changed for the same amount of days which really makes it not pleasant at all

A clean nice room at a perfect location! Very close to nice restaurants and shops. Also, only a few minutes away from most popular attractions and historical places of Florence. No need to take a taxi because you have almost everything very close to you. 1 minute walk from ponte Santa Trinita and only 7-8 minutes away from ponte Vecchio. The Tornabuoni view is on the 4th floor of an old classic Florentine building(with elevator).Also, the two ladies at the reception Mrs Laura and Eleonora were very helpful and kind. We also had a nice breakfast with satisfying choices.

The room was really very clean but it could have some extra space for our clothes and not only a small but cute wardrobe. For a family of four that has been a problem... But I am sure that this thing is not enough to change our positive opinion for that place. It is really a good choice..!

Perfect location close to everything and beautiful area. The B&B was very comfortable - good bed, lovely views, beautiful music drifting up from the street if you opened your windows (no sound when you closed them), and a nice breakfast. Richarda made our stay truly wonderful by helping us secure transportation to Conegliano when the train strike hit. She went above and beyond, calling contacts to get us this long ride on short notice on a Sunday! She ensured we could continue on our vacation without a hitch! Fantastic stay!

I would stay at Tornabuoni View again in a heartbeat. First and foremost the staff - Laura and Eleanora - were the most wonderful hosts and caring people. We really appreciated their kindness during our stay. The location, the clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the fact that there are only a handful of rooms in total, made Tornabuoni View the perfect home base for our group. Breakfasts were delicious, the common area was sweet and overlooks a beautiful piazza where you can enjoy music below sometimes, as well as the views at any time of day. Again, the rooms were clean and comfortable, spacious and perfect to return to after a day of exploring or if anyone just needed space to themselves. We appreciated everything and everyone that made our stay so wonderful! We will be back!

Everything was great!

it is my third time in Florence and this is the best hotel I stayed at. The location is excellent and the cleanliness is excellent. Not only is it centrally located to all major sites, the elevator was a bonus in a historical district. And the Christmas decor on the Piazza Trinita (across) was another bonus. It can get noisy with Aria singers at night. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We always looked forward to the fresh cake in the morning. I hope to get the recipe!

Great location in the heart of Florence. Quiet refuge in a busy city. Comfortable beds and good air-conditioning.

Staff is not always available. We got an email sayting that we'd need to let them know if we'd arrive after 4PM, so they could send us check-in information. I wrote back twice, but never received the information. They bill themselves as a "luxury" B&B, but they don't measure up to other places we've stayed. The breakfast was sufficient, but just croissants,rolls, salami in a sealed packet, fruit, hard-boiled eggs and coffee from a counter-top machine.
