The location is fantastic. Super central and walkable to so much, yet not right on a main thoroughfare, so it feels a bit tucked away and private, as well as safe. You enter the main building through a huge door off the street, then climb the stairs to the third floor (there are other flats in the building not associated with the accommodation), where you enter a key code to the accommodation, as if you were entering an apartment/flat. Inside, it's laid out like a multi-room flat and you enter the "living/dining area." There are then separate bookable rooms, all with their own locks like a hotel room. Mine had exterior shutters and interior drapery to block out light. It also had an A/C unit (though not needed at the time of year I visited). The room was fairly quiet overall and I slept well. (I'm a light sleeper.) I would definitely stay here again. The host was fabulous to communicate with and made check in/out easy.

The only thing that comes to mind is to maybe fix the way the shower door shuts, as I had to angle the door so water wouldn't drip outside the shower pan. Otherwise, the accommodation was great. It's worth noting that you have to climb up many stairs to get to the accommodation, so if you have mobility issues, you may want to skip this location. There is a small elevator starting on floor 1, but to reach it you still have to climb quite a long flight of stairs from the ground floor. Personally, I loved the built-in exercise.

• able to store luggage if you arrive early and again when you check out. there is no lock but there is a CCTV directly facing it • room is clean • close to the duomo and main train station • there was a long flight of stairs you will need to climb at the entrance when you enter and exit, but there is a tiny elevator that can be opened with a key the staff will provide you. if you’re a bigger individual you will not fit so you can use it for your luggage instead of carrying it. Just a tip, when you arrive, go up and get the key for the elevator first before lugging your luggage all the way up.

• the heater did not work and it was still cold in april so our towels were always damp and cold

Loved the location, less than 10 minutes from the Duomo, about 15 from Uffizi; the host reached out to us in advance with all the instructions and was very helpful on arrival. There are some great small touches that make all the difference like umbrellas available to borrow, local restaurants guide and a safe left luggage within the property.

The only downside was it being on the third floor. The place has a small lift which is key operated, but we didn't know so we brought the bags upstairs :D just ask the owner and I am sure she will explain how it works and you will have no problem

The location was awesome! Close to everything within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. Very good bed. Dafne our host was very helpful, and multilingual! She went out of our way to make us feel good. Something to mind: the elevator is on the second floor.

At one point when we got back to the room the room's door was open; we thought the room was being cleaned but there was no one cleaning the room. I think they cleaned the room but forgot to close the door.

The location is excellent. We did a walking tour which had a meeting location right by the property and you can easily walk to the river, Duomo, Uffizi gallery and other major sites. The property was very clean and had a kettle (no coffee machine).

I think the walls are quite thin so it was sometimes quite noisy. We stayed 3 nights and unfortunately 2 of those nights, we heard other guests walking around the corridor or next door on the phone quite late at night.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! my room, location and staff were the best! So clean, comfortable and lovely and unique being right at the top with the sloping roof (please take care to check the room if you're tall, although the centre of the room near the bed is high enough, only the corridor is quite low.... But... For a 5ft4 person like me, it was PERFECT! The place is so centrally located and Vanesa was amazing! And so helpful, she was proactive on WhatsApp and very quick to answer also super lovely and friendly :) Thank you, Gazie Mille!

Great location for accessing all areas of the city. Vanesa was very friendly, efficient and responded promptly to any queries we had. Availability of minor essentials from hairdryers to umbrellas, mosquito diffusers and maps was a great touch. We tried a few of the suggested restaurants, bar / caffeteria and gelateria. (There is a printed card in reception)The standout was Gelateria La Carraia with Trattoria Marione and Caffe Amerini worth a mention.

The pricing structure of visit tickets and the way buildings / museums etc are split up necessitating multiple tickets to be bought.

Great location in the city center, so you can easily reach everything on foot. Many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, it is completely quiet in the room itself. The room was very big and the balcony was great. Definitively enough space for two people and really clean. Although our check-in was late, it worked very well. The communication with Vanessa was perfect. Thank you very much! We’re looking forward for our next stay.

The steps to the elevator were a bit of a challenge. However, this was mentioned in the description. The elevator was a bit small, which meant we had to ride it a few times with our suitcases, but that was absolutely fine.

"Le Tre Lunes in Florence is a great spot for a four-day stay. The hotel is super clean and tidy, which is always a big plus. The rooms are comfortable and have some really nice views of the city, the room we stayed at had a small balcony that was perfect for a takeout dinner and wine. It's a chilled-out place, perfect for a short break in Florence."

I think the only issue we had was the shower being a bit tight!

The location is great, very quiet, easy to acces from train station and main attractions from the city center. The place is very clean, you have everything you need in the room (you can set your temperature, fridge, table, kettle with coffee and tea), nice shower and big bathroom. Also, in the common area is a kitchen well equipped, but I din't use.

I liked everything, but if you are really exigent, the bed is quite small and the acces with the lift (from the first floor) can be difficult with big luggage.
