The hotel is very well situated, barely 10mn away from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) and right in the city center, so very close to all the main sights. You can do everything by foot! The property managers were very welcoming and super accommodating: they let me check in early and were really helpful. The room itself was very decent: clean, functional, comfortable. Mine had a separate bathroom on the opposite of the hallway but that was clearly explained when I booked it. Overall, very happy with my stay there.

The main building entrance (which is not part of the hotel I believe) is kind of run down and could be cleaner. It’s also a tight space so not ideal with big luggages. There’s also a few steps to reach the elevator so unfortunately I don’t think the building is autonomously accessible to people in wheelchairs or with mobility difficulties. Once again, that might be out of the control of the residence.

Really good location, close to the train station and to the duomo and designer stores. There is a nice coffee shop and great restaurant just around the corner. Property is nice and clean. We had a triple room, so a bit more space than the normal doubles. Decor was nice and beds were comfortable. They have a cooler with water in the room which is nice and a coffee machine in the hallway which was also a big plus for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Self check in was really handy, especially as we arrived in the evening after the normal check in hours.

Bathroom was a bit tired and door was too close to the single bed which was a pull down and just about ok for a grown teen. Our particular room was a little dark as it looked onto a small internal space but other rooms, I noticed are bright and sunny, so it just depends on what you get. Overall, really good.

The location was great, as it was about a 7-minute walk to the Duomo and 5 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio, and a 3-minute walk from the train station. The room was extremely clean and spacious, accommodating both my friend and me comfortably. They had a water filler in the hallway to fill water bottles. It was super convenient, so we didn't have to buy water bottles, we could refill. The AC worked great, which was needed since it was hot outside.

I loved everything! Large, comfortable room. Amenities include espresso machine and water dispenser. Staff were very helpful, especially Arturo. Great location. I can't say enough good things.

My only caveat is that there are 4 steps up to the elevator, which makes it difficult for people with mobility issues. However, this seems to be common in Italy so it's not really fair to hold it against this one place. Just wanted to mention it so others can plan accordingly.

The location was in the center of Florence, staff was super friendly and communicated all the instructions clearly in advance and was always there and helpful with everything. The room was super clean, nothing was missing. We stayed for 2 nights, and the 2nd day sheets were changed, bed was made and room was in order. Perfect stay when visiting Florence :)

There's nothing we didn't like at all.

Absolutely fantastic location with the best bar ever (Giacosa) just up the road. The room was small but beautifully appointed, very clean and we enjoyed daily room service which was a welcome bonus! Also absolutely lovely staff.

We weren't told that our parking costs would have to be paid in cash on the spot when our car was delivered back to us so we were very embarassed to have to run to the atm. The parking guy was very rude to us.

Location was so perfect. Close to the train station and several plazas and things we had planned to do. Just loved the location. Safe Clean Air conditioning worked well

Didn’t get codes to enter until an hour before we were scheduled to arrive (apparently after it is staffed). Had to request it a couple of times. Shower leaks terribly. Fortunately there is a drain in the bathroom floor. Room was very very small. Challenging for two adults and two suitcases. Could benefit from far more hooks in bathroom and even wall hooks in main room to hang more clothes/towels. Appreciated the hanging shelf in the bathroom as it has a typical for Europe pedestal sink - not much room for toiletries. Appreciated the small fridge, safe, and hair dryer very much. Tiny elevator is a hoot! So glad it was there and works great!

The staffs were really helpful. The first day of arrival , our ac started to leak, and they fixed it within an hour. They were very kind and helpful in terms of helping us to book taxi. Also, the staffs are super duper friendly. Love the doggy at the hotel😊 The bed is really comfortable and the shower space is wide and comfortable! The aircond is cold too! The free flow of coffee is convenient and smart! Enjoyed our stay here!

Best Location in town and everything works very well!. Air conditioning works fine, refrigerator, vault, TV worked good. Loved this place overall and would return

There are few items which can be imported, like shampooing, soap bars, but nothing we can’t buy to have more quality!

I didn’t realize the at when I booked the room that it was a 1 star and that there was really no front desk. I had to let them know when I was arriving so that someone could give me that key and a code to get in the building.
